Not only was the storage unit so affordable but the customer service was EXCELLENT! Swasthik helped to get everything going and was so friendly and professional. I got to the unit and the facility was so clean. I was able to get a unit same day. Moving can be hectic but it was so good to have this kind of service to see the process!

Storage unit is fine, but once you get it loaded up with all of your stuff, they double the price. I guess they figure you’d rather just pay extra than move all of your stuff again.
Also, when we got a steady amount of rain, the whole place was flooded about an inch from the doors. (Nowhere in town was badly flooded). And I paid extra for a climate controlled unit and every time I went by there, it was hotter in my unit than it was outside.

The facility is fine, but the service is terrible. They converted to automated customer service. I’ve been waiting in line over 10 minutes and the screen keeps saying they’ll give me a customer service representative. Also tried the customer helpline. Have now been on the phone for over 8 1/2 minutes and nobody picking up. Of course the room they have you wait in is 90° with no ventilation.
