After having a flat on I-95 in June, Allstate’s roadside assistance sent this company to help. They worked with Ken’s Tire Shop after hours to try to fix my tire. They were professional and kind, and as a woman alone on a long trip, I felt completely safe. They made a crappy situation much less crappy.
