The most amazing service I've ever experienced!!! Not only did they help us with my son's pass port, they went out of the way to help us get it right. Every single person that worked there was extremely kind and in a good mood. They were going above and beyond for their customers.

I am convinced there are some "illegal activities" going on within this post office. I have way too many packages that just "get lost" and are never delivered.

Carriers aren’t worth 1penny, they are lazy and will never get out to deliver a package. The easy way is to fill out a pink slip. So I called to have it redelivered, this Karen left me a note that it’s at the post office. No hefa I paid for shipping so if u don’t redeliver it I’ll just get a refund on my end! Don’t use these sorry excuse of a post office, even the manager is disgusting and rude. Dumbest set of aliens I’ve ever met, I went over the managers position to complain. I don’t expect a call because the manager at this location is as dumb as the couriers

just find it extremely funny that UPS and FedEx can deliver straight to the address but when it comes down to USPS, it’s suddenly a problem??? ?

I have contacted this post office several times to see where my package is and have gotten no response. Extremely disappointed and frustrated as the package was supposed to be redelivered on 12/6 it is now 12/10 and still no updates. The tracking is not even updated. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE!

Have not received mail in 5 days went to the post office to get my mail and they was like we not getting out mail over the counter and the manager supposed to call and never call I understand yall short staff but if we come and get the mail just give it to use we have important papers and bill

They won't deliever packages and started lieing on tracking about deliveries. Won't answer phone at all. And now they are giving packages to wrong address *SMH

Packages not delivered and carrier marked them “hold per customer request” because they didn’t feel like doing their job and delivering my mail. When mail is actually delivered it’s late at night and usually every other day. When I attempted to contact the post office regarding these issues, I sat on hold for about 5 minutes and then was hung up on and they never bothered to answer the phone for the rest of the day. This post office is totally unprofessional and incompetent. If I could give it zero stars I would.

What a great experience at the Ridgeland post office. Came in needing 4 passports for my family. The ladies here were amazingly helpful and nice. Got our applications and photos processed quickly.

The ladies of Ridgeland SC Post office were amazing today! I drove down from NC to help my elderly father with his passport -we drove 30 min for a passport appointment……the staff was professional, kind, and friendly - full of smiles …. Felt like we had just visited with family friends….we will make the drive again ……...A+ Ridgeland post office !!

To the lady that was working this morning at the desk (November 12th) you were extremely rude and dismissive to me. I had a issue with a incorrect (nonexistent) address on a package. This happened last month as well, I THOUGHT I fixed it but it corrected itself back to the wrong address. I went last month to get the package and the woman who was working was extremely nice & understanding. Today was a different story. She wasn’t listening to me, she was speaking over me, said “it’s because you don’t have a mailbox” I said no? I’m trying to show you what it says. I tried to explain AGAIN what happened. She said “oh so you knew about it, I’m not suppose to give you the package. “Next”. If this is correct about mail that’s being returned to sender, due to issues with address. She needs to learn not to be rude about it, when telling customers. I’ve contacted corporate about this person & this will be handled. It was extremely embarrassing since there was 4 other people in the waiting area.
