Great place for teens to learn gun safety and how to shoot. Instructors are wonderful. Beautiful place with so many options for skeet and clays.

I absolutely love PCGC, ever since my son was allowed to participate in the young guns club hosted by Partridge and 4H. What an amazing program and an amazingly patient coach, Rob. My son enjoys his weekly gun practice and if we knew we were going to be in SC longer we would certainly join the club.

We visited today despite some of the bad reviews. The staff was very friendly. It appears that some folks have had problems. My advise is to treat the club staff respectfully and follow all safety procedures. If you don't know then ask. Thanks Patridge Creek for allowing me to shoot while on vacation. I am a member of another gun club in NC and we have banned the public, so I completely understand why safety is important.

Never in my life have I been treated with such hostility and ignorance at a shooting range/gun club. Ron(the guy at the counter) is always a ray of sunshine. I felt bad for interupting his football game watching when i came in to shoot a round of skeet and pay money. We were then told we were in violation of safety by shooting some practice rounds in between station 5 and 8(right in the middle, getting warmed up) And I quote "you are putting peoples lives at risk, if you cant follow the rules you need to leave". If you know about skeet, then you understand how this is kind of mind blowing to think how shooing behind station 8 is any more unsafe than shooting station 1,5,7, or 8. Directly after this, mister safety and his buddy shot from behind the line and then proceed to place the butt of the shotgun on the ground and stare down the barrel trying to figure out an ejection problem...??? That's acceptable but what we were doing was super unsafe? Thinking we had our ear pro in he called us idiots and said that if we couldnt hit from the box then we dont need to be shooting. If you are a new shooter, dont even bother. When I asked about how we could make sure to not break anymore safety rules and make sure we followed skeet rules I was basically blown off as he realized he was wrong about what we were doing. We continued to shoot a full round and as we changed stations, saw mister safety and his buddy shoot behind us as we were shooting. Any where else that would get you thrown off a range, but not here..they know everything better than you. All in all a great way to ruin what was a fun trip out. I have shot sporting clays here several times no problem. I guess since we were the only ones shooting skeet at the time, they had nothing else to do. Go to backwoods quail and have a better time. i was looking forward to joining and doing the winter skeet competition they hold but not now.

Had I paid attention to previous reviews I might not have tried this place. The guy behind the counter, if you had thin skin might have hurt your feelings. He seemed a little gruff but I felt he was informative, helpful and maybe a teddy bear inside. The gun range was well-maintained and clean.

Extremely unfriendly! I wanted to get a $200 gift certificate for daughter and her fiancé. But, they were the most unfriendly people and unwilling to help someone who wanted to do business with them. If you do business with them, be prepared for an unpleasant experience when dealing with their staff.

Great facility. Everything is readily available. Only 1-12 station clays course. Staff(one person at times) are lazy, unprofessional and less than desirable. Come here if you don't want to bothered or greeted. Other than staff, would have given 5 stars.
