Our regular driver is on vacation and the Sub driver does not seem to care if he picks up or drops off mail to customers! I had a letter going out on Friday May 31 and it never got picked up until Tuesday June 4 only because I call and complain about it . So he delivered for 2 days and then again Thursday June 6th I had a priority package to be picked up and he never came to pick it up. I called the post office and she told me he was still doing the route. So I waited until 6 pm and he never showed up. And The Post Office Wonders way they are in trouble.next time I will us Fedx or ups. ??

They don’t like to deliver mail and find every excuse not to deliver mail. the manager/staff are unprofessional. Manager calls the police on people and makes false reports. They lie and say your driveway is undeliverable. Ups and FedEx all deliver with no issue, and we had no problem in the past 25 years with delivery to our address until now.

We used to have no problem with delivery for 20 years at our house. Ups and FedEx all deliver with no issue and are always happy to deliver packages. This place, management and staff are unprofessional and get away with doing a poor job. They are saying our address is undeliverable when we have a large driveway for their vehicle to turn around in. It is a new manager there that is rude and unprofessional. Very sad we have to deal with this.

I used to have no problem with delivery.U PS=FED EX AND ALL OTHER delivery people have Noproblems in my driveway only my post person for U.S mail!I have ample room to turn around in driveway -if a UPS VAN can do it a van should have no problem-All other post persons have NEVER had a problem just this one-left notes in box hoping to speak with them -I will not drive a hour round trip to receive package!Have had zero problems for 40 years getting my packages untill now!!

Great folks. I've had chicks, poults, keets, and bees shipped here, and they've done a great job. Always polite, efficient, and pleasant.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful with me! They're always willing to help. It's nice seeing the same smiling faces. They have a private parking lot for customers only. They do have odd hours so be aware of their lunch time closing if you need any retail services done. However, the lobby is open 24/7 to access PO Boxes.
