Tyrone and the store manager in Rock Hill are nothing short of amazing. I got hurt and had trouble getting things covered. They bent over backwards trying to help me. In the end it didn't work out but I would and will still be doing business with them soon!

These people have called me multiple times asking for someone I believe by the name of Geraldine? I've told them multiple times they've got the wrong phone number and to not call me. They still continuously call me almost every day Monday-Friday. I will be sending a cease and desist if this continues...

I was a customer in NY and needed to ask some questions about service and had the pleasure of dealing with Lupe, she was very helpful and had all the answers I needed. When we realized that one of my items wasnt servicable she handed me over to Jessica and she took care of everything! I was in and out and delivered the next day. Thanks guys!

Worst management ever Jessica was very rude because we needed to return our things demand payment before they would come and get it. I won’t not pay. We rented from AAron’s before in Kentucky never had a problem about returning anything or renting things again. We will never shop here again or suggest any one to shop there. Your management needs a course in how to handle customers needs.

Horrible place ! Managers cuss people and talk down to customers. They are closed alot on regular business hours . They sell items they have issues fixing .

Purchased a reclining sofa and over sized recliner 2 years ago, the recliners have quit working properly. Have asked multiple times over the last 4 or 5 months for them to be repaired and told they would contact their repair vendor who would in turn contact me. That never happened. My final payment came due in August and ez pay kicked it out because it was less than my previous payments. They started calling multiple times a day to get their payment, I was on vacation so didn’t answer because I didn’t realize the payment hadn’t been taken from my account. When I did answer I spoke to the manager and once again explained that no one has fixed my furniture yet and this is my last payment. He did the right thing and put my payment on hold and said he was reaching out to the repair man and if I had not heard from repair person in a couple days call the manager back. No call from repair man so I called 4 days later to find out the manager was no longer there and so I explained the situation again to an employee I had originally asked to fix my furniture and he replied his regional manager was there and he would share this with the regional manager. The regional managers wander was to go ahead and take my last payment and promised I would be hearing from the repair man Monday morning. It’s Tuesday now and no call. Oh and they charged me a late fee on my final payment. Also please don’t reply with an automated we’re sorry tell us more. You don’t care.

Placed an order online that stated express delivery in 2-3 days. 4 days later I still haven't heard from the store, so I called the store to check on my order. I was placed on hold and then told They was waiting on me to come to the store. My question is when was they going to call me to tell me. The next thing they tell me is I had to do autopay, I never have before. the manager was supposed to call me back and still haven't heard from them on the 5th day. very disappointing.
