Very sloooow. We were greeted at drive thru with “hi.” Nothing else. No how may I help you, or how are you today…just “hi.” Did I say it was sloooow? Lol

Not very noticeable off of Dave Lyle Boulevard but just follow your Google Map and it'll take you right there. Once you turn on the side street you'll see the bank sitting on your right ample parking for all. Wheelchair accessible and friendly, knowledgeable people to help you in any banking needs you have. Approach counter and was greeted with a friendly hello from the Bank representative. Very helpful knowledgeable as transaction was made very quickly. I would suggest this Branch for anybody that had banking needs either new or existing.

Warning! Stay away from BB&T I had a nonprofit business account with them and they closed it without ANY notification. They did not give me any consideration as a customer and basically said to bad! If you think customer service is not important, then good luck. Very bad experience with BB&T.

The credit card services with bb&t is horrible. Do yourself a favor and stay away from a bb&t credit card. I had at least 70 or more fraudulent transactions on my account and was never notified. Bb&T does not monitor your account. This department could not be any worse. I filed a complaint one week ago however I had No response. I have not received a new credit card. How competent is that? If you have a BB&T credit card, close it out and go elsewhere! Joel Lawing

This is the slowest branch on the planet. Beware if you have to conduct any type of business because there will be documents missing, requiring you to return and wait again. I travel to Charlotte just to avoid this branch. Then there's a teller at the front named Jennifer that acts as if it's her money and has to verify everything a million times. I just came out of the private office so why is there a need to call again? Ridiculous
