Caliber is second to none. Repairs were done within the estimated time frame. It is easy to stay in the loop with their customer portal and Kayla was quick to answer any questions. The repair and paint look as good as new, and my car came back cleaner than when it was dropped off. Exceeded expectations all around.

We had a great experience with Caliber Collision. Ron was very knowledgeable, personable and is very great with communication. We would receive updates about the work frequently and it was completed within an exceptional time-frame. I drove it there with pollen all over the exterior and inside of my car all over the dash. Added bonus was that our car was returned to us spotless.

If I can leave a zero I would. Ron isn’t honest. A vehicle was taken in with very slight damage. When the vehicle was picked up, it had more damage and he lied as if it was already on the vehicle. They added extra stuff to the insurance claim that THEY messed up. DO NOT take your vehicle to this location. If you lie about damaging someone vehicle, you can’t be trusted. They took to themselves to try and cover it but cleaning the rugs inside so we wouldn’t notice. What body shop clean the inside of a vehicle???? Noneee!!! Simply trying to cover up what they messed up. I will
NOT stop here… this has to go further because it’s NOT right at all.

Great people and friendly service. I hated getting hit by another driver, but Caliber Collision made getting the car repaired as painless as I could possibly have expected. I appreciated them taking care of me and the car the way they did.
