Personnel at the Cherry Road store--both veterans and recent employees alike--were very helpful in facilitating return of our modem and setting up a new account. I was anticipating difficulties but had none. I am glad I made this in-person visit.

I am very disappointed with comporium internet services, they are the only company I am allowed to get services through where I live and they are terrible. They have outages very frequently for no reason at all and the amount of the bill changes monthly even though it is supposed to be a set amount. They even refunded my payment one month without any knowledge to me then double charged me the following month as well as adding on an extra amount for being late even thought my bill is auto drafted every month. They also cut my service off in the middle of the night just a few hours after I got home from work. Very frustrating if you can get service through another company I highly recommend it

Horrible Service, Over priced Options, Poor Customer Service...... Rock Hill should do better and allow their residents to have a choice...... Two Thumbs Down...if I could I would give them NO STARS......

Robert installed my internet. He worked around my schedule when I had a conflict, put in a new internet line right where I asked for it to go, was personable and professional. He wound up having to go into the crawl space and needing to drill, but he did it with a smile. He put on shoe protectors every time he walked in from the rain, and swept after he was done. Thank you!

I work from home, and my main hobby is gaming. Id never recommend this internet service to anyone. I have to restart my router 3 times a day *average*. Ive been kicked from work meetings, lost work progress, kicked out of competitive games, i cannot use it in peace for even a day. Constantly trolled. I would have left this company in the first week if not forced to stay as theyre the only service in my immediate area. Im moving inna week and im tempted to pay the extra money to keep the router so i can set it on fire. Never had a more worthless service

It is unethical how parity much is charged for Internet. It seems it goes up every month. There needs to be parity and there needs to be more competition in RockHill. I pray GOD will sends another provider for Rockhill so this authoritarian regime will no longer have all Internet service in the area.

If you need to find your water line this company can do it they’ve start digging in my neighborhood and have hot water lines 5 times. They hit mine in my front yard and didn’t fix it right so they had to come back out and fix it again from were it busted again.

Went in, and they were crowded, but the line went quickly. I was there because of internet issues, and they recommended I use tech support for our problem. Provided the number. Tech support was very helpful and told me that a tech would be at my home in 30 minutes. The tech support guys were awesome they found our outside line was damaged by squirrels and had to be replaced they removed and replaced everything by 6:30 pm. The field guys are the heroes, thanks you, two!!!

Zero stars. If you want to watch live football, be prepared for up to three minutes of latency. Comporium just stops working, for no reason whatsoever. Other streaming services work fine, so they can't blame Fire TV Stick.
