At least the last 8 months, besides this COVID 19, Rockhill Store was a mess.
No one wanted to help, in anyway. Hardly even look up when checking out.

I'm a Hairdresser so I'm frequently at Cosmo. I love the staff Lisa and all the girls are friendly, helpful, fun and a pleasure to deal with. Love the fact that they carry the majority of the products that I use so ONE STOP SHOPPING!!
