Terrible customer service. They laughed when I explained my problem. I was mislead about the closing time by the manager. I arrived with a full truck and couldn’t even unload. They haven’t issued me a credit or anything. Plus I had to pay another months rent and put the furniture back in a house in no longer in. This is ridiculous. That was my only day to do it for a while because I’m no longer in that city. Very unsatisfactory

Our first experience with renting a storage unit. Such a pleasure so far. The units are spacious and clean. Pam works in the front office. She is very friendly and very efficient. Expecting a great experience! ?

Good morning, i would LOVE TO SHOUT YOUR GM at cubesmart, Ms. Pam!! Baby let me tell you, I thought I was going to one place and turn into cubesmart… and I’m glad I did, she was beyond amazing… she made sure I got ALL my information and I made it for the HOT DEAL they had for September…. I don’t know why y’all still shopping around, go check out cubesmart on constitution Blvd, you will not be disappointed. Ask for Pam, she might be the one open the door for you!!!! It was a pleasure working with Christian after realizing that all my daughter's stuff was not going to fit in my SUV and what was going to fit I was going to have to bring it all back in 2 weeks. He was so nice, had all the right answers and was very patient while I contacted my insurance company. The facility is clean and perfectly located for all those students who thought their parents' car was moving truck.

We got this unit a few months ago. Did not really expect anything more than a unit to use, but the people working here are exceptional and great to talk to. Pam is always helpful and love talking to her when I stop by! Plenty of storage facilities around the city but this one is a step above any facility I have ever used.

We used cubesmart rock hill for short term storage. It is clean and climate controlled. The staff was amazing! Shout out to a young man who works their, Christan polite, professional, answered all our questions, made sure we knew how use the lock and where our unit was. Can't say enough about what a great experience this was!! Thank you
