Worst customer service ever! Three Rx in the last couple have months have not been filled or given to us as ordered. There is no communication between the pharmacy staff and customer to explain why. On two occasions it took three trips to the store to get resolution. This last time was the LAST TIME! The third person who came over to resolve their obvious mistake could not have been more rude (larger white woman with blonde hair). The first two were nice and apologetic. She acted like I had done something wrong (I paid for 2 Rx on line and only received 1 despite repeatedly telling them there were 2). She got so incredibly unprofessional with me I’ve decided to pull all of our business from CVS. I probably should have done this after they handed me a controlled substance I did not pay for! I don’t need to be treated badly at the pharmacy when there are many other options around. Adios CVS!

This place is a joke. I had to wait for over 30 minutes, for a prescription that was supposed to be ready before I arrived. I ended up leaving because the workers were too busy to answer the phone or help others.

NEGATIVE 5!I asked my husband to pick up my meds. CVS pharmacy charged almost 100 dollars for medications that normally COST LESS AT 30 DAY COUNT. I can not UNDERSTAND WHY these meds were dispensed at 90 day count. Very sneaky and misleading. No associate offered money saving options. Never paid this much. I am disgusted that this was done and no one informed my husband that THERE WERE OTHER SAVING OPTIONS TO SAVE MONEY...30 day count... Shame on CVS

I will never be going to this location again. I arrived at 4:00 to wait for my prescription & the lady told me it would be a 10 minute wait... I said "no worries" and I sit in the chair. 30 minutes goes by & the same lady took my last name & DOB 9 times.. my medicine is finally ready & I go to checkout & she said my insurance was not accepted here. I said "did you know that my insurance wasn't accepted here?" She said "yes, I thought you'd pay for it out of pocket." I think that's one of the most idiotic statements someone has ever said to me.... I sat there for 30 minutes for a prescription my insurance wouldn't cover at CVS. So I asked if she could transfer it to Walgreens around the corner. She explained that I'd have to call them to start the transfer.. okay no worries. I call Walgreens & they said they'll call them right away. That was at 4:30... I called Walgreens at 7:30 to verify that the transfer went through & they said that they've been waiting on CVS to approve it. It's been 3 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called CVS & told me they need to transfer the prescription asap... I've been waiting now 4 hours for these prescriptions. CVS was rude, unhelpful & they had no empathy that I'm a asthmatic & I needed my inhaler to breathe. It's now 7:55 & my prescription was just transferred. Wouldn't you have a sense of urgency when you're dealing with someone who can't breathe? This location is awful & management needs to take control over the pharmacy department.

A perfectly okay CVS that looks exactly the same inside as every other one I've been to in the last year, from Boynton Beach FL to Pampa TX. Clean, organized, well stocked. I needed one small thing and found it easily.Decent parking and the store is in good condition. Surprisingly busy![Review 16509 overall - 847 in South Carolina - 17 of 2022.]

- DO not answer phones as as your ssaid - pharmacists always call docs and override - WTH DO THEY THINK THEY ARE??? Ihave been going to the same MD for 40 yrs - forced to do biz with this rogue pharmacy when husband retired- About ready to take up illegal drugs as these pharmacists are rude and CVS phamas should all be closed!!!

Pharmacy in rock hill. On the corner of celanese and India hook rd, this pharmacy can get quite busy. Generally clean and well organized, it has everything you'd expect of a pharmacy.

My insurance is dictating that i use CVS. CVS is absolutely one of the most horrible pharmacies around. Just had a conversation with the pharmacy, and this dude was so rude and arrogant I hung up on him. They have given me the wrongs meds 4 times (tried) I caught it. Be careful using this sorry place. District managers don't try to contact me, u guys suck as well!

Rude staff, the Pharmacist rude and will over ride a Drs prescription and not fill it, wait time forever and that's if the medication is in stock. If you try calling the phone just rings. If by chance you do get through you'll get put on hold and then hung up on. If you do get to speak with someone, they are rude and rushing. Save yourself the time and hassle.

I love their pharmacy. My doctor erroneously filled a prescription for a CVS Pharmacy in North Carolina instead of this pharmacy. However, since we were in Rock Hill, this CVS Pharmacy transferred the prescription order from North Carolina to the Rock Hill CVS pharmacy. Saved me a two hour commute to pick up the medication. I appreciated the excellent customer service in correcting the doctor's mistake.
