After getting the run around for over a month with the CVS spitting distance to my house, Target CVS took the time to listen, investigate and provide me a positive solution as to why I wasn’t able to get my Rx filled…before I left. Took a little bit of time, but I had my Starbucks to sip on, so I was good! Unfortunately, they were out of my medication, but the pharmacist said they would notify me as soon as it came in…and they did. I only hate that they are on the other side of town, and there’s no drive-thru, AND they’re closed by the time I get off work. Still get 5 stars for above and beyond customer service! I wish I would have started with them sooner than gone through the turmoil I went through.

Would normally give them a higher rating. Their change of not letting customers pay for a couple items when paying for prescription is not customer friendly. I get that you do not want to have a buggy of items at the drug counter. However make sure all customers are aware of policy changes so they do not waste there time as well. It probably took more time for your people to put the 3 items back on the shelf than it would have to just charge for them.. Also cost Target $48 dollars.....

I was there this evening for emergency meds for my daughters ear infection. They were all out of the medicine my dr prescribed and the gentleman running the counter went above and beyond to help me for a solution! They were extremely busy yet he took the time out to help a struggling mom out. For this I’m very thankful for them and all the pharmacist working there! So 5 stars from me!

Love this CVS! They are the best and so helpful! I’ve visited other locations and no one compares. I do wish they had a drive, but I’d rather have to walk in than go elsewhere. Fast service and so friendly. Polite, knowledgeable and professional. Plus it kinda reminds me of the tv show Cheers when I come in, because they know my name! I usually always get greeted by my last name as soon as I’m seen. Y’all work so hard! Thanks bunches?Blessings and cheers?

Layne keeps this place running like an oiled machine. If he’s up for a raise he deserves the max. He’s been my pharmacist over 5 years. I switched for a bit due to staffing issues at this location. But, I can’t go without Laynes customer service and willingness to be the one to take care of you. I will just have to arrange my pickup schedule around his working schedule.

I called them from West Africa to help me fill an RX that was at another CVS in South Carolina, and he is filling it today to be available for a friend to bring me next month! Lane provided awesome service.
