I usually don't post a negative review on Google but this time Mama bear was poked. My child is on 2 different ADHD medications. My boyfriend went to the CVS tonight to pick up one of the 2. Shortly after he got back with it I opened to bag to notice the box the bottle and syringe are in were not opened. I panicked rightfully so because the medicine was not reconstituted by the pharmacist. Whoever was there at the time of pick up failed to inform the pharmacist that my boyfriend was there to get the medication thst needed to be reconstituted by the pharmacist. In my honest opinion, this is negligence on their part. Thankfully the other nearby CVS was able to get it reconstituted. My sweet boy depends on these meds and if I had not looked in the bag until tomorrow morning he would not of had the medication that he needs.

The employees are generally very nice at the register, but a young gentleman really stood out the other day. His name was Cam. He went above and beyond to make sure my shopping experience went well. As a former regional manager, I see management qualities in his future career with CVS.

They used to be not good. They have improved in all areas. I trust this pharmacy 100%. I like the friendly people that work there.

If I could give zero starts I most definitely would.
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with CVS Pharmacy on Heckle Blvd in Rock Hill, SC. The customer service was appalling from start to finish. Not only were the staff unhelpful, but they also displayed a consistently negative attitude that made the entire experience unpleasant on multiple occasions. There was a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy, which left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I would not recommend this CVS to anyone looking for decent customer service or even to be treated like a human being. An accumulation of experiences have ensured that my family and I will take our business elsewhere in the future.

Went to get medicine filled Andrew said it would take 45 mins. Took 3 hours just for them to tell me it had been ready for an hour and a half. I talked to Gabrielle 20 mins after my meditation was ready and I guess they lost it because she told me to give them another hour. Never ever again!!

Friendly service.
Pharmacy is usually busy both at the drive through and inside, be prepared to wait. I blame corporate for short staffing the Pharmacy, a department you definitely need adequate staffing because this directly affects patients health. The Pharmacy staff is helpful and friendly however I can tell they are stressed due to the staffing situation.

Worst CVS Pharmacy when it comes to unfriendly, rude, and obnoxious staff (especially Kimberly). Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.

Don’t waste your time at this CVS. Go in at 2:45 and can’t even buy stuff off the shelf as so much locked up and if you want to wait around. Never go here if in any sort of hurry.

The lady at the drive-thru window was very rude and slammed the window on my father when he asked about his other medication. I even tried to ask her a question about his other medicine not being ready and she rolled her eyes, slammed the window and never came back. I will be switching our medications from this specific area, this was the last straw dealing with this.

Like many other reviewers have mentioned the pharmacy staff are very rude and inconsiderate. I do not recommend this location for your pharmacy needs.

The associate who waited on me was very friendly, and I found everything I needed. I was welcomed to the store when I walked in, and the store was very clean and easy to navigate.
