Patrick was great and very professional. I gave three stars as I thought Patrick was the only one was helpful. Otherwise I would have given one star. I am sorry to say that the rest of my experience was not. From having my tires inflated with the wrong air pressure, to another associate dismissing my concerns, to the store not answering their phones which constantly rang. They could do so much better.

I went there around 3:00 3:30 the guy who helped us was very nice his name was Patrick he answered all the questions that I had and he had told me that I would be out of there by 6:00 all I needed was a tire sensor put on my car cuz one of them went out I literally sat there in their waiting room until almost 7:00 before I was even taken care of they can't jumping over me people will come in that did not have an appointment and they took care of them first and I was the last one out of there I do not recommend this company to anyone yes I was treated unfairly and for customer service my son had to be at work at 8:00 that night and I live about 45 minutes away so because of them they made my son late to work I will take my business somewhere else that would treat me right that was wrong of them and I will never go back to him

The best place I’ve ever gotten tires from hands-down. The staff is always super friendly and courteous. Plus the tire prices are reasonable. I also recommend buying your tire certificates for the added peace of mind. Their website is a great place to buy the tires, and you can schedule an appointment there without any problems for the installation. They also have a no hassle rotation and balancing service, and also patching of flats included with the purchase. I’ve had a couple of tires patched without any problems, and I have never had any problem getting my tires balanced or rotated either. Don’t waste your time looking to save a couple of bucks anywhere else. I made that mistake a couple of years ago, and bought a couple of tires from Walmart… It took hours just to get two tires installed, and the person who installed them over inflated one of the tires to the point of actually damaging it and had to replace it. So save yourself the headache, just go to discount tire. You will not be sorry.
