“To management and associates here: this store is spotless! I visited the location on 2/8 and the store was orderly.. easy to shop and find what I came in for. The items on the shelves were lined up so neatly! The associate working the register was so nice and friendly. I appreciate shopping in places like this where there’s ease of shopping because everything is placed as it should be! This is one my favorite locations to shop. Thank you”

“Pretty good dollar tree location. Not always the most organized or stocked but they do a pretty good job. Its impossible to beat the prices of Dollar Tree when looking for certain items (greeting cards, baloons, etc.) Store is nicely set up.”
“My family & I were visiting from out of state when we stopped at DG store # 7168 on Ebenezer Rd in Rock Hill SC. I was shocked at how clean & organized the store was compared to my local DG. I found the employees to be courteous, helpful & polite. One employee stood out from the rest. The guy working the register, Jonathon Johnson, went above & beyond to be helpful, even helping us with directions to our next destination.”
“I really enjoy coming to this Dollar Tree in Cherry road. Compared to other locations, this one is usually very well-organized and stocked with the seasonal items I’m looking for. The aisles are clear, and the staff is friendly and works hard to keep the lines moving. Definitely a go-to spot for cards, party supplies, and snacks.”
“I was helped by a very friendly and efficient store associate named Hope. She didn't mind opening up another register for me, since I had such a large transaction and was buying for multiple households. The only reason this store isn't getting 5 stars this time is for 2 reasons. The first was because there was an end cap of poise pads and safeguard hand soap but when I and another customer picked the items up they were stuck to the shelf. They appeared to have some purple sticky stuff on them. They other customer tried to find a clean bag to purchase but after dislodging 5 sticky bags, she too gave up. The second reason is because customers were being unchallenged walking around the store shopping without a mask and no store associate even asked then to put a mask on. If I didn't have to shop for 3 elderly relatives I wouldn't have been in the store at all.”

“I always go to this store. For one they are always stocked. Two they have the best manager there. I forget her name but she is awesome. Always speaks when I come in. Always there to help. Always smiles. And the store stays neat. It’s never cluttered and always feels like a place you always want to visit. Love this dollar general!! Manager needs so much recognition for her hard work and dedication to this store.”
“I go to this store very rarely but I have never had a bad experience.. I do doordash and was having a very hard time finding some items but the man, Tj he said, helped me very much.. He was very understanding and patient with me while I struggled. He had no issue helping me.
Overall pleasant experience and I will return to the store.”
“One of the strangest layouts for a dollar general that I have ever been to. It can be difficult to find the items that you are looking for at times. The store is very clean and very stocked when you find what you are looking for and there is usually not too long of a line.”
“I just had a wonderful experience with Nicole a sweet cashier at family dollar. I came in to purchase a pack of thank you cards but they did not have any on the shelf and I needed them right away and she offered to give me some that she had in her car. This was so much above customer service and shows she is a great employee. I will be back her to spend my money and see Nicole.”

“I'm reviewing for the store @ S. Cherry Rd, Rock Hill. I stopped in quick before work yesterday to pick up some mints. Id never been to this location before and I was thrown off when I walked in because it was immaculate. I usually walk in a DG and feel like I wanna get out as quick as I can because of the chaos of what the store looks like. I only saw the front area of this particular store but I did look around and could tell everything was organized, clean and stocked. I wish I had more time to look around. The manager Porscha rang me up and I let her know how clean the place was. I honestly have never been to a cleaner DG. I go to one near my home and its nothing like this one. I like the staff, but it can look quite empty, messy and dingy. They are getting remodeled so hopefully it will look like this location! Great job Porscha keeping your store squared away!”
“Clerk was not at the register and was down an isle where we could see herald she us. She did not come to check us out until a line formed. Not a great way to treat your customers. I realize you have other duties but your customers should always come first.”
“The cashier was very upbeat, Super friendly, and very happy! She told every single customer to "have a blessed day "and"We Love you"! She's exactly what the World needs. I wish there were more sweet and thoughtful people like her in this world! Even though the store's not on the best side of town, it's still worth going in and speaking with her.
