6/4/24 about 5:30pm went to register to check out at register in the far right end (light was on) when you enter. Young girl with wavy hair, looked straight at me and kept eye contact, turned light off and went to the next register. She did not say a word. I proceed to move to next register she moved to, now another customer and I were going to at same time. I let the other customer go first. As girl rang up my order, I requested total of 5 balloons i had to repeat the colors 3x, fine I understand but when she selected the wrong color and let her know that wasn’t the correct color she said ‘these are not for you’ but she wasn’t helping anyone else nor did anyone at the time request any balloons. As she was finishing ringing me up another customer came up and she told them “ma’am I’m closed”. The disrespect from the beginning when it was me at the other register (with light on) direct eye contact and didn’t have decency to say a word.
The worst customer service and experience.

Coughing in your hand while ringing up products. Then immediately go back to ringing up more products without using sanitizer is extremely gross and disgusting. It’s also inconsiderate of customers.

The most organized Dollar Tree I have visited in quite a While! Clean & the Aisles were clear! Things ran smoothly and I found what I needed and got in and out of there!

The customer service is horrible. The staff carry a loud speaker playing music going along with her everywhere in the store. She pushing the product cart with no careness and almost knocked me over with the glass stuff on the shelf.
The cashier made me confused about bagging the items even though there’s not any problems that I can think of.
I used to like this place a lots but these few months has been horrible.

I come to this dollar tree in particular several times a month- almost weekly. Today December 31st at around 11:00 am was the worst experience. The cashier was super slow, looked like she was the only one working today- no help- she didn’t speak to any customers, she literally took FOREVER to ring up items and then when it was my turn she literally walked away to go move carts, um hello, that can wait! She here was a long line and she just left the register. I literally stood in line for over 15 mins and threw was only 2 people in front of me. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. She needs to be taught to never leave the register when there are several customers waiting!!!

Today I was ban from this store and I told I was trespassing. I went into the store to get a refund because the purchased item was broken and still had the tag on it . At first I was told I needed to go to another store because the only self check out the cashier knew of was in Newport , I didn’t understand how that was relative. So I asked her was that the policy you could return things other than from the store you purchased from. She ignored me so I asked for the cooperate number. Once I asked for cooperate number I was then told I could not get a refund but I could get an exchange. So I asked the cashier can she go get the exact items I had since the store is very crowded, clustered \\u0026 messy \\u0026 she would be able to find the items faster than me since she worked there. I was told by the cashier it’s not their job to find items I want. Which confused me because you work in a customer service retail store so how is this not your job. The lines were already long when I came in and they only had one register open even though the store was packed so this shouldn’t have been an inconvenience,. The cashier name was Valerie. When I asked for cooperate number she found a number she googled it and said I can look the number up myself. I asked her why did she have to google the number for cooperate for a store she works at. While all of this is going on another older cashier starts, talking about how I’m the one who broke the item and I need to go to another store and she’s going to call the police. Not one time was I disrespectful or loud towards these cashier , I never cussed at them at all, but because I am a young black women and these women were older white women they felt that they could talk to me any kind of way and discriminated against me because of my race , the second older women did not know what was going on so for her to come in and start saying she’s going to call the police is ridiculous. Once she was on the phone with police I heard her say “she’s a black girl and she is in here showing out” I never showed out but that’s the lie she wanted to tell to make it seem like I was being out of control to get the police to come. I let them know that there will be a lawsuit as a result of this . These ladies work in customer service if they don’t want to do the job they shouldn’t work at these type of locations. Their action were disgusting and showed they are lazy and racist.

The manager at this store was very polite show me exactly what I was looking for when I was lost and confusion had set in this store is looking 100% better than it did 6 months ago under the previous management everything was a mess staff was very nice and polite as they always are this is going to be my new favorite store in Rock Hill. Manager is very well knowledged of product and location and it shows. Seems like she lives there her dedication to this company is outstanding wish I had the same dedication as an employer myself her dedication to this company is outstanding great location stores looking 100% better I will definitely be returning

Store was well stocked. Only problem, a pole is on the buggy not allowing it to be pushed outside to your vehicle to unload.

I love going to the Dollar Tree. Great items at a great price! The price went up to $1.25 due to inflation.
