Came in to print shipping labels and get something notarized. They didn’t have a notary, but Tyrone helpfully pointed me to the UPS Store across the street. While I was getting things notarized, I emailed my labels to him to get printed. When I returned, he noticed one of the labels was a UPS label and still printed it for free to save me the trip back to the UPS Store. Excellent service—Tyrone went above and beyond!

The staff is wonderful. They are very helpful and treat me like family every time I’m there. I just wish FedEx was a bit less expensive.

Came in to have 3 notebooks bound and covered and Kim told me I would have to come back, but Tyrone was so gracious to step in and go ahead and take care of the job for me. I appreciate him so very much for making this quick and easy.

This FedEx is the best lady at the front. I wish I remembered her name was so completely helpful. Took care of everything I needed and was just very friendly.! I highly recommend this FedEx

This place is the worse place for shipping anything. The employees are just horrible and they always find a problem with your shipment. It seems like they are trained to give a bad customer service every time. There hasn’t been one time that I was able to ship something from that location without an issue. If there is no issue, the employees will find one. Employees are always in a bad mood or have an attitude l. They are not professional at all. Just read other bad reviews here and stay away from that place.

I’ve always had issues with this location. Several of the employees are extremely unhelpful and difficult. Once I was returning an item from an online store and printed the store provided shipping label - the employee looked at the box and said “oh, we can’t take this, it has a lithium battery.” She said we had to take it to another FedEx facility. Then, today the employee wouldn’t accept my prepaid box because the box was not “in good condition.” He wasn’t friendly when I came into the store and he obviously had an attitude. I will NEVER return to this store in order to avoid some of the horrible people they decided to hire - seems they were trained to give customers a difficult time.

I have to ship things very often for work. I go to fed ex locations in NC,SC and when traveling to many other states. This is hands down the worst location I travel to. They always seem to be short staffed. The employees are always miserable and it seems like you are bothering them. Today on 6/13/25 I went in at 11am. There was one guy working there, he's been there for many years. He helped the guy in front of me then said it would be a while, there was no one else in line. He disappeared to the back, came back up front, made copies and prints... His back to me the whole time. Then disappeared to the back again. After a while I just left, I will go somewhere else. I am done coming to this place. I had a package to ship, with an account. It would have taken 2 minutes. In comparison, the fed ex location in Morrison Plantation in Mooresville, NC, always has at least 3 people there and they are always nice and helpful. This crown Pointe location is the worst.

Extremely helpful and kind with an excellent dose of humor. When my flash drive wouldn't work in the self serve, the customer service person printed them from her computer at no extra cost. There was no minimum fee as I saw in the UPS Store comments. Glad I chose them, they totally do not deserve the three star rating. Thank you Fed Ex!

At first I was very upset because of the coworker I wont name drop.. he was asking me questions I didn’t understand over and over I told him I didn’t know… Joe stepped up and helped me print pics for my mom’s birthday cake. Go to joe! He’s great Thanks.
