Used the self service printer to print photos from my phone and team member Tyrone checked in on me multiple times to help with the process. He was a stud and great to other customers as well. A lovely gem among gems. 11/10

This location will never get my business again. I’ve gave them the benefit of the doubt multiple times. They’re rude and not helpful at all! Every time I go here which is often I run into problems. I hate to point out certain employees but this Asian employee is very rude and a liar. He was not only rude he also left the front and never returned.

Brought in a package to this location that was accidently dropped off at my apartment. I told the employees about it and they told me that they would return it to the company that it was from. Two days later I get home from work and the package is back on my doorstep. I decided to go to a different location to help me and they were alot more professional and helpful than this one.

At 3:30 p.m. on February 24, I stopped at this location to drop-off an already labeled box. At the counter, I asked for a confirmation of my drop-off and the gentleman told me my box was not acceptable to ship and that he would need to repackage and re-box my item because it was a used box and I would also need to pay for a new empty box which was $14.00. $14.00 for an empty16x16x8 box! I questioned the cost and then he proceeded to hand me a pictured laminated letter showing what a proper shipping box must look like. My box was not damaged at ALL, it only had tape strips going from across the top and bottom on both sides. Yes, it was a recycled box, but it was in great shape with no markings, tears or bulges; in addition, FedEx's website even encourages and promotes the use of recycled boxes. In conclusion, I left and took my box over to Dollar General and dropped it off without any issues.For a FEDEX location to not accept an already labeled FEDEX package is beyond ridiculous and for a company to charge $14.00 for a brown empty box is incredibly outrageous!In the future, I would suggest the next time this location hires an employee that they are trained to understand that FedEx encourages the use of recycled boxes!

This is one of the worst locations I have ever dealt with. It doesn’t matter whether there is 1 person working or 3, how many customers are ahead of you, it’s still going to take forever. One lady that’s always in there (never has on a name badge) is always more concerned with damaging her nails.

Walmart sent my son a pink bike through Fed Ex. Set up a return was told to drop it off at Fed Ex. Took it to this location and was told very rudely by the man with long hair and painted nails that I couldn't ship it in the box it came in. He tried charging me $40 for a new box. I read the reviews on here of people complaining of the same thing. They said they dropped the package off at Walgreens, no problem. So I went to Walgreens and they took the package no problem and were very friendly.

Worst FedEx have ever been to. I went there Saturday at 4 PM on April 22. I don’t know the lady’s name, but she was incredibly incompetent. The person in front of me was sent to a different FedEx and when it was my turn, she sent me somewhere else as well(for context, she could’ve fixed both our problems in store, but did not want to deal with it). They have no interest in helping the customer, and you should avoid this particular FedEx at all costs. I’ve had great experiences with other FedEx stores, but this experience was utterly appalling.

Similar issue to other post. A packaged labeled and box as sent by the company i purchased from for a return. It had to be reboxed due to a stupid fedex rule never encountered at ups or usps. That’s $13 plus a 30 minute wait as only one person working. Also fedex shipped to me exactly as I had boxed. Totally inefficient!

The people that work there are the rudest and most callous people I have met. They are not helpful and they don't even acknowledge you enter. I just have to drop off a parcel and they never let me drop it off, they start to ask me a ton of questions making me wait for them. I will now take my business elsewhere. I am driving to another location to avoid this place.

The employee on Saturday 2/18 wearing the blue surgical mask, who tried to tell me my box was not shippable should be disciplined for overcharging and price gouging customers. I watched him tell the customer in front of me that her box was not shippable because the corner was dented. He proceeded to charge her about $39 extra to repackage her parcel. When it came my turn, he tried to tell me my box was not shippable because of a very small ding in the side of the cardboard. And tried to tell me that "corporate is really cracking down on us." He wanted to charge me to repackage the box. I told him no this is how the box arrived via FedEx and this is how it will be going back. I already had a prepaid label for an RMA item. I wasn't going to pay money to repackage a perfectly fine box. I left with my package, and took it to Office Depot where they gladly accepted my package for shipping via FedEx and said there was no issue with the box. Overcharging and price gouging at its finest, this employee needs to be disciplined.
