For buying stuff, it's fine. When selling stuff, this gamestop always tells me the online selling value isn't accurate. But whenever I go to other gamestops, I always get the expected value of whatever I'm selling.

Good selection of pre-owned games, collectibles, and video game related merch. Guys at the counter were super helpful and friendly. Got some good games here for cheap.

Drove 40 min round trip to return some games before the 7 days was up, and they closed early. And when I called from the parking lot because I could see them inside, they turned off the lights. So I wasted 40 min, gas, and can't return the games. Great experience..

Online says it’s open until 9 pm on Friday. Got there at 8:40 to pick a game and they were closed. Either fix your hours online or stay open to the hours you say you are.

I walked into this GameStop (Dave Lyle/In front of the mall) to purchase a Nintendo Switch Lite. When I approached the employee behind the register, He immediately slammed some pricing stickers onto the table and just said "What?" I tried to calmly ask about the warranty and his only reply was "You have to buy it." with a lot of anger and frustration. He was mad that I was in the store. I have never seen such unprofessional acts in my entire life. His receding hairline and poor hygiene only proved my point. I went straight over to Walmart and bought a brand new one full price. Will never purchase from any GameStop again. See you when you're bankrupt!

Very organized and clean location. Staff was friendly and engaging. Unfortunately, this company still can't seem to have more than 1 person working at one time. The employee was checking in shipments, answering phones and helping in store customers. I have to give credit to the employee Chris, he kept a great attitude through everything.
