The list of issues goes ON AND ON. We showed up at your office on Saturday, 02/24 at 4:00pm. The doors were locked and there was a note on the door that stated the office was closed due to a family emergency. We were informed by several agents the day before of the hours to this facility which was open until 5:00. We called the number that was left on the note and spoke with several agents there. After speaking with the first agent, we were informed what the code was to get into the building, but once we got in there, the storage unit had a lock on there. While in there, we found a homeless person inside. And when we had rode around the building, we noticed a door propped open in the back.When I called back I spoke with Nathan . He explained that he could possibly be at our facility by 5:30. He said he had a storage unit to show at his location and then would call back when he would be able to meet us to help us out. Once Nathan showed up at 5:50pm, he was a great help! He's the only thing that helped save this Sale. He was able to get us into the storage building and also corrected the monthly billing that I was informed INCORRECTLY the day before.We went back up to the office on Monday, 02/26 at 9:30am when the office was supposed to be opened. Once again no one was in the office. We left right before 10:00 a.m. and there were several cars waiting. My friend Kenny called to complain yesterday and expressed all our issues and was informed that a manager would be calling him back. As of this morning Tuesday, 02/27, no response.I truly felt by the number of locations, that your Organization would be a good company to use but I am highly doubting any of this with the no response and the no regard from the individual that is supposed to be working the Cherry Road location. It is VERY evident that the person that works at that location does not care about your company. I also got the impression that this person is very aware of the homeless situation. That brings many questions!!!!! This is dangerous and I feel very sure that if the other tenants are not aware of this problem.Unfortunately as your email stated to please send this to you directly, I was not able to submit so I had to post ir here.

Went up on my rate in 90 days. Literally. Insanity. Called in and only explanation was it’s based off of market value and it’s in your lease that it could go up in less than 30 or 60 days even. I’ve heard of yearly increases and with a storage unit it’s expected, but 90 days?!? I would’ve never leased the unit in the first place. Who is to say they don’t raise it again next week. Will be vacating ASAP.

Infested with mice. I was thoroughly surprised to see the rating this facility had. I was certain I’d see reviews expressing the mice infestation. I had no food in my storage. I was finally moving out when I opened my storage to see my belongings littered with mouse droppings. They had a field day. I had supplies for my business and home items stored here as I was getting back on my feet. I just opened the box my printer was in only to be met with chewed up pieces of styrofoam flying from the box like confetti. Thousands of dollars worth of property contaminated by mice.Update: As I was unpacking my things I found a dead mouse. See picture

Charity was very helpful at Go Store It. The process was fast and easy. I would recommend using this facility for climate controlled storage. Great location & friendly staff.

Do not rent from this place. Massive mice droppings on all of my stuff in storage. I saw a mouse while I was at the facility. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Straight nasty!!!! There was no food in the unit. The manager told me that someone else used the facility as a food pantry. This was the cause of the mice. I did not have candy canes or sweets in my unit. You have me mixed up with another tenant. Please don't try to make it look like it was my fault. I am a clean person, and I would expect the facility to be clean as well. I will be processing a claim and talking to my lawyer. I did not pay to have mice ruin my items. AGAIN DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. MICE ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE. I CAN POST PICTURES IF YOU LIKE

I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with there online service rep! We needed to store Lawnmower and other gas operated stuff! Paid and signed everything!! Got to the place and it’s inside storage!!! UGH Very mad at this point! Then she tells me there keeping $25.00 for paperwork fee!! I rented online (paperwork fee my butt) just please ask questions because they won’t tell you nothing!!!! So I lost. $36.00
