Re Drop-Off services:
They SAVED me this month! Needed to quickly move a relative from a large house (25 years there) to a small house. I had great stuff and not so great stuff. They pleasantly accepted everything I brought to them. They were my blessing as my packed car arrived every day for weeks! Wish I could name them but their smiling faces are vivid in my grateful heart. Thank you!

Do not donate!! These Goodwill locations have overpriced their items. These are donated free things. I have donated countless bags of clothing to Goodwill over the years. Only to then see it for sale at outrageous prices. This is supposed to be place for people who are struggling to come find things they need, crazy overpriced. Will no longer donate to goodwill just give to a church instead. Don’t even come say it’s funding your workers everyone knows it’s a scam now. Just leaving a review for people to see and stay away.

Very overpriced stuff, especially considering most of the items were donated. Furniture is expensive, check on Craigslist and you can likely find for free.

What the community should do is take all donations to a local church or homeless shelter that way your unneeded things that you are donating to the community will be used by those that are less fortunate and goodwill won't be trying to make as much money as if they were selling brand new from the mall.the prices have become intolerable the goods that are given by our community's most fortunate higher living and give their items to goodwill..goodwill thanks our community by not letting us have freaking bags but want us to donate to their cause every time we pay..and I could have went to Walmart and bought brand new with tags for same price ..helping our community's by sticking us rite in the pockets ..please get real . Karmaizzreal said that..if the citizens of these small town goodwill would listen to my words and in fact stop donating to this Greedy cause and take your unwanted items to homeless shelters or local churches and stop providing goodwill with your goods to take another poor citizens hard earned money ..before long when they have no more goods to sell they will realize they need us a whole lot more than we need them to price gauge us anyways. ? GOODWILL SEEMS TO FORGET THEY WOULD NOT EXIST IF IT WERE NOT FIR US CITIZENS. ..

Brought two small boxes and pulled up behind the one other car dropping off items, stepped out of my car and got one box from.the back. An employee with long dark brown hair asked that I wait, since they do one load of donations at a time, and I replied that of course I would wait. I got back in the car and moved up closer so we wouldn't have to bring the next box as far. Then I got out and grabbed the other box and closed my trunk, and the employee came over and physically snatched the box out of my hands. I attempted to tell her that I was trying to wait, as she had asked, but she just pulled the box out of my arms very rudely. She said something like, "I'll do it this time..." I don't know what her issue was with me waiting in line but after this experience I will find another organization to donate to. People are so rude these days, especially in Rock Hill. We have only been here a couple years, so I'll have to look for a better place to donate in nearby towns.

Fair warning, this place is busy like you wouldn't believe. I've found a lot of extremely good deals here but it's not perfect. I purchased a paper shredder from this location before and it was worthless junk that did not work. I assume they test their products but maybe not. They do give store credit so keep your receipt. Otherwise, when you can be there at drops, there is usually some awesome stuff.

They are kind of high on the prices. They have no special days like other good wills where is 50% or 75% off are colored dots sales. We don’t have any of that good stuff at the Goodwill in rock Hill or Fort Mill.

Be careful as their parking lot can be very full and hard to park close to the store. Additionally their donation process is complicated as they have you sit in your car and wait until they load a truck and won’t let you just drop bags off at the donation entrance. Just check ahead if you are donating stuff so it goes smoothly.

Employees are super rude. Especially the short black girl. They all have poor attitudes toward people. And I've heard that they keep anything good to themselves and it don't even make it to the floor. That's a shame.

Little girls training bras and bathing suits are in the sane aisle as grown men's pants. This is not okay.
