Ordering appliances here is NOT the move. Made a purchase 2/3/2024 and the delivery date has been moved later twice with no explanation. A lot of items are not in stock but you find out after you paid. Had to call the 800# then the 877#Runaround. Total aggravation. Should have bought everything from Lowe's. Lowe's had the appliances in stock and I got it same day. Cheaper isn't always better. Home Depot needs a half-star option.

I placed an order on line and paid for it. I received a text that the order was ready. When I arrived there I went to customer service (very pleasant young lady). They called someone to bring my order out and I went to the loading area and waited and no one showed up. My order was almost $1000.00. After about 25 minutes I went back to customer service and told them that I would wait a few more minutes and if I did not receive my order I would like a full refund. A gentleman came out wi 7 bag of concrete and my 4x4s and 2x4s helped me load them on the trailer and then I pointed to the fence panels which were only a few feet away and I showed him my receipt that I needed 8 of them as they were much too heavy for me to handle by myself. He simply walked back into the store. I told the cashier (also very friendly) and was told to go back to the customer service and I told them that I would be waiting in the loading area for help. Again no one came and I saw a young man with a HD best and I explained to him my situation and he helped me. I ordered and paid on line to save time however it was well over 1 1/2 hours after I arrived at the store. I have been a HD CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS HOWEVER I WILL THINK TWICE IN THE FUTURE. This is ridiculous

Ordered Levolor Blinds for all windows. No one called to tell us they were on back order. Finally got the installer The WORST blinds ever! About 10 calls to Hone Depot Rock Hill & customer service. Cord consolidators all popping apart, can't adjust middle string and sags in middle like a smiley face, two of them fall back down and won't hold when raising up. Can pull on the tassels or cord consolidators we have been told but if short you can't reach up to pull by the cords! This is a nightmare!! Tonight we were told that special orders can't refund the money. What a crock. We don't want the unusable blinds. Worst experience we have ever encountered! Home Depot doesn't care about customers!!!!!

Good service fast on taking care of all your needs better than Lowe's over on David Lowery Blvd, just go to cherry Rd to that Home Depot

Closes at 9pm. Please consider the fact people work and need things for their house and can only shop in the evening.11pm should be your closing hour.Business hours are so messed up since Covid, I don’t think that’s even an excuse anymore.

The workers are rude and don’t try to help the customers at all. On 1/7/24 a blonde girl was working in the kitchen section and couldn’t get her to stop wiping refrigerators down to help anyone. Couldn’t find anyone else walking the store. Left everything in the shopping cart in the middle of the floor and went to Lowe’s. They have always had the best customer service anyway. Tried Home Depot because it was beside PetSmart. Never again. Lowe’s it is!!!

I am very surprised by the bad reviews. The store is not the issue, if anything. Yes, Home Depot delivery is contracted out. So maybe it's a hit or miss. I have been using this store for over 20 years. I do not think it is a 2-star store. The people at the store will help you when you ask. Yes, sometimes they are short-staffed. That is the world we live in. I feel they do a good job compared to many of them. I will keep using this Home Depot store, and when I do have an issue they will make it okay in the end, they have always fixed it in the long run. I do find that I have gotten a lot more done with honey than with the whip.
