It was delicious and filling after a long day of exhaustion and not eating all that much. The employee's were amazing and really personable. Fun to talk to and talk with. I left happy and full. Amber, Alisha, Cameron, montrel were amazing and likeable. Comming again most definitely.

I ordered online, to which it said the order would be ready by 4:48 pm. When I arrived at 5:40 pm the order was filled and the ticket hadn’t even been printed for my order.

The staff should take another lesson in food safety. I observed a staff member make sandwiches, ring up a customer, and return to making sandwiches- all with the same gloves on! That is disgusting. Makes me wonder the food safety and cleanliness practices that are used when customers aren’t viewing.

Don’t ever order the vegetables on the side. Apparently that’s a big problem and you receive a side of attitude. This location’s service is hit or miss. Either the employees are great or absurdly rude. It’s kind of comical at this point.

I have always liked Jersey Mike's Sub. I always get the Italian Mikes way. Today we hit this location for lunch. As usual the subs were really good. What made our experience at this location was the employee, Taneeka. What a kind soul and very polite. Thank You Taneeka made our Sunday lunch a pleasurable one.

One of the best customer service experiences I've had in fast food in a long time! Tanika was by herself, and it was super busy but she was so pleasant to every single person that walked in Jersey Mikes. She's really awesome and made my experience worth coming back :)

Manager is absolutely classless. My wife came home in tears because of the treatment she received after making a simple request that they put a topping on my sandwich on prior to mayo. A request I have made for YEARS with no issue. We will NEVER be returning to this store and will think twice about ever eating at Jersey Mike's again.

Came in to order two sandwiches on Christmas Eve after waiting in a lengthy line; one on white one on wheat. When I requested vinegar before any toppings on one sandwich I was told no. When I asked why I couldnt get vinegar on my bread, I was accused of being angry and told to get out of the store. Honestly flabbergasted by exchange and taken aback, I expressed I was just looking for clarity. Subsequently, I was screamed at to get out of the store and they refused to serve me. I asked if there was a manager I could speak to in order to resolve the issue. Apparently the party screaming at me was, in fact, the manager. Food isnt the issue, customer relations is. Will not be coming back to this place in my community. Will just go to the Celanese location moving forward. Managers need to be equipped with self-control and compassion for guests when they feel stress or frustration at answering questions directly related to their job.

Had terrible experience a while back with staff at this location. However manager called me to come back and that staff had been replaced. Each time now when I go in there’s a super sweet lady ( think name is Tanika) and she does fantastic job. Her customer service is superb and she should be commended!

Beyond unprofessional staff. I ordered a sub online went to pick it up, sat there for over 30 minutes just to be told they will not operate the grill. I went to the front to ask for a refund the clerk told me to go online and do it, that's not an option she continued telling me she wouldn't issue my refund and I look like I work so why do I need my $15 back and she wasn't going to do it. Another staff member stepped on and issues the refund with no problem. Ghetto and unprofessional staff and she should not be dealing with customers by no means. I won't be returning and I'm sure half the people that walked out after the incident will say the same thing.
