Had booked an appointment and had it confirmed showed up that morning to drop off the truck and was told I wasnt booked on their schedule and that I would have to reschedule after driving 35 minutes just to get there. Not to mention they were not hospitable or helpful at all in figuring out why they did not have us on the calendar. Unprofessional, rude, and horrible customer service ill get my bed liner put in somewhere else even if I have to drive further.

Waste of my time. Called a week out to schedule running board install. Even the coordinator calls the day before to make sure I’m coming.
Drove 30+ min to get to this location and arrived early for my appt. Called the number because store looked closed.
Installer drives up with lunch, checks what needs to be installed. Then proceeds to tell me to come back after a half hour so they can eat - directs me to a local restaurant where I can go and come back.
Going somewhere else so they can enjoy lunch as long as they want…
Went somewhere else and payed extra to get the job done.
Don’t come here during their break.

Got my new F250 sprayed with Line-x last week. The team was fantastic. So friendly and great conversations to be had as they finished up. The product is top notch and exceeded my expectations.

Last week I got my bedliner done and it was done perfectly. The job was flawless. The team was wonderful and I appreciate them. My only complaint, that in the end is a compliment, is that they were short staffed and had to stay late to finish me up. They are fantastic and the product is superior that what I had on my previous truck. Thanks team!

I enjoyed doing business with this company. Making appointments are easy and they were gracious when we had to switch appointments for jury duty. The bed liner came out better than expected! It looks great!

Monty and his team were excellent! We talked through a variety of options, and once we figured out a plan he put things in motion. Communication was top notch, and he was very proactive in getting things prepared to minimize the time there! I highly recommend Line-X of Rock Hill and I’m thrilled with the outcome!

Don't go there for anything unless you want something stolen. Thief workers went through my truck yesterday and stole $100 so I'll never go back for anything

I have had two liners put in at Line-X of Rock Hill roughly 3 years apart. One was for a 21 Jeep Gladiator and the other a 23 Ford F350. Both were outstanding experiences. I didn’t notice a single flaw on either liner. Owner was polite and great to talk to. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience with Line-X. The staff was very helpful in answering all my questions. I ended up getting a hitch installed and they had to order the parts. The parts arrived the very next day and Line-X was available immediately to do the installation. I dropped my car off at 9 and it was ready by 11 the same day. I highly recommend Line-X and can’t imagine going to a different shop to get work done on my car.

Contacted Line X to get a Bedliner in my truck. They were able to get me in the next day. Had a few questions and they were able to answer me promptly. Has great customer service and they show that they care
