Our family has been coming to Mac’s for all of our auto repairs for 5 years now. They are trustworthy, communicative, and incredibly hardworking. There have been many instances in which we have told by auto shop diagnostics that we are looking at a significant and costly repair. However, there have been at least 3 instances that I can recall off the top of my head (probably more) in which they have pleasantly surprised us with repairs that are often simple and less costly.
In a situation where they could take advantage of us, they act with the upmost integrity. They keep us informed throughout the entire repair process including telling us options and providing us with advice. The Parrish Family cannot thank or recommend them enough!

As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I feel very comfortable at this facility when my car needs service. Mark takes the time to explain what the car needs and does not try to sell me extras. He acts with integrity which I greatly appreciate.

I chose MAC's after seeing their reviews online. My truck developed a tick and it was found to have a bad lifter and a broken pushrod. Mark and his team worked with me to find cost effective ways to appropriately fix my truck. Truck is brand new now!

The type of of service that I received from this auto shop was exceptional. Fantastic customer service and communication, very fair pricing, and great quality of work. Mark spent a lot of time with me and my son as we made some modifications to a truck. Just could not have had a better experience.

Great mechanic shop. Brought my car in because it was making a very loud noise. The guys were able to diagnose and fix the problem same day. The car has never sounded so quiet honestly. I will be bringing my car back any time it needs work

Do not shop here. I had a diesel van here for a month and a half. I had a list of problems some simple and some tough to fix. The main things I needed such as an oil change and fixing a hood latch were not completed. I picked it up after a month and half with no repairs made. A month and And a half of sharing 1 car between my girlfriend and I.

I'm impressed. I do most of the work on my cars but occasionally I run into something that stumps me. I recently had an intermittent code on my Ford Expedition that was pointing to an exhaust leak or faulty oxygen sensor. I took it to my usual garage who proposed replacing the oxygen sensor for $$$. Given that I had replaced the O2 sensor 15k miles ago, I wasn't convinced that this was the problem. I took the Expy to Mac's per a friend's recommendation and they looked it over. Mark called me and explained that the Expy's computer did not have the latest software and that based on tech notes in the system that he subscribes to, he thought we should start there first. He didn't charge me for his diagnostic. This is exactly what you want in a mechanic. You don't want someone who replaces parts at your expense. You want someone who will shoot you straight and who is willing to think through a proper diagnosis and maybe even give you a path of steps from cheap to expensive and likely to improbable. Kudos to Mark and team!
