They don't prorate your last month of rent and require 30 days' notice. So if you're last day happens to fall on the 1st or 2nd of the month, you have to pay for the full month.

The customer service Is great. I needed a small unit temporarily and quickly and got exactly what I paid for. The unit requires a ladder to get in/out of; luckily, I could get in it but it may not be for everyone. The floor to the unit is about chest high so in order to get inside the unit you must climb up in it or bring a step stool. That part was not disclosed but it serves as a quick solution having a place to store my things on the fly.

Midgard Self Storage was very helpful getting me a storage unit at a reasonable price. They were also able to take my U Haul truck. Thank you for your friendly service and and help with everything. I recommend you to all my friends and family. Thank you.

Not happy at all keep raising rates constantly! People are friendly,just not helpful in fixing things. Look elsewhere for your home storage.Been there 9 mts rates went 40.00 up !

Very flexible and accommodating. To the point where they were going to take their time to quote me business elsewhere on my behalf. Who does that? Amazing customer service. Rented a 5x8 enclosed trailer. Definitely would recommend 10/10

From the time I called asking pricing and help with the online rental payment Natalie was fantastic! Eager to help and all accurate information! Online lease was easy to fill out and immediate response was noted.I also stopped by the office for guidance on my unit and once again excellent service by Kelli. She went above and beyond! Moved out after two years of fraudulant insurance fees being charged to our unit we rented to store business items. We provided proof of insurance and they continued to charge for their coverage, took 2 months last year to correct. This is fraudulant business behaviour. After providing another insurance certificate this year they stated they would not charge going forward but they kept the charge on our billing including our last billing charged automatically to our credit card. Refused to refund for prior months even though we provided proof of our own insurance. POOR customer service. We would have never left except for this bad business practice.

I don't know who these other people are posting these 4 & 5 star reviews. I certainly have not had the best experience with Midgard Self Storage. Aside from the issues I experienced at the beginning of the rental process, I go in their Rock Hill office today to put in a 30 day notice and I am told that this takes me into the July billing cycle and I will have to pay for the entire month of July. Which of course will be at the new increased rate. I'm just tired of being ripped off by business. They only prorate coming in but not going out. This is ridiculous, it only puts me over by one day and now I have to pay for an entire month. Bad business in my opinion, just bad business.

I love the convenience of the location, but in the past, I have been having some problems with billing and no one seems to be able to get it fixed and I'm not getting any answers. Very disappointing and frustrating. When I did finally hear back from corporate, they denied my claims for over billing my account due to their employees mistakes. As soon as I am able, I will empty my units and never use them again.

I was very impressed with Midgrade customer service. They are so eager to accommodate you and help you find what best fits you and your budget. Also like the fact that they try and make things easier with dollies and flatbed dollies to help you get your stuff from the car to the storage. Much better than any other storage facility I have had. I give them a five ⭐.
