I am not happy with my hearing aids. They fall off easily while removing my glasses or masks. The voices I hear have a "sharp" edge to each word. I seldom wear them for these reasons. I've tried wearing them while watching TV, or talking on the phone and experience the same irritating "sharp" edge on each word. Today I received a call from someone at Miracle Ear who asked to speak to "MR" Corbett. Your employees should not "ASSUME" the gender of a person based on the spelling of their first name.So, I will close this with my regret to having trust Miracle-Ear to meet my hearing needs.MS Garnet Corbett

I’m absolutely thrilled with my new hearing aides and my experience with the staff here in Rock Hill, SC. Todd, was very thorough with my hearing exam and explained clearly when answering any questions I or my husband had. Christine the receptionist, was always helpful and very pleasant to talk to! When there were needed adjustments and I had no way to get to the office, they ALWAYS returned my phone calls and walked me through what I needed to do. I would recommend this office and Miracle Ear to anyone. I’ve got my life back! ?

My husband has been a customer of Miracle Ear, Rock Hill for several years and we have received nothing but exceptional service every time we have gone in. Todd is so very knowledgeable and explains everything so we thoroughly understand it. Christine is so happy and pleasant. She does a great job of making us feel comfortable and keeping everything running straight. We highly recommend Miracle Ear to our friends and family.

I am very happy and grateful for the services I received when I bought my new hearing aids recently. I have been using hearing aids for more than 20 years. During these years I was able to get hearing aids that were available to me according to my needs and my budget. Every time it was a better hearing aid, but still I had a lot of issues trying to communicate with other people, and forget about the phone! After loosing 2 hearing aids in a time frame of 2-3 years, I was so upset and frustrated with myself, because I felt the quality of my life was so affected by my hearing loss. Recently I was able to buy the new bluetooth technology (Genius). I have to admit they are expensive. But in my case I was able to afford them through a special program of my NC Retirement pension. And, Oh my God, what a difference! First time I was able to hear through this new device my heart was pounding so hard. Huge difference!. I can hear so clearly with my new hearing aids. My husband had to learn to talk to me softer because I would be startle when he was talking to me on the normal tone he has been taking to me for years :). Currently I talk on the phone directly through the Genius devise without lifting the phone. I can also hear some of my special programs though my computer directly to my ears because they are connected through the bluetooth system. This is awesome! I highly recommend these new technology, you will love the difference.I want to thank Todd and Cristine for their service and patience with me. When I got there so frustrated with my situation they were really helpful and patient with me. Thank you so much and many blessings to you both.

They were great. I had done my hearing exam somewhere else but the aids were too expensive there. Miracle Ear was a lot less expensive, great hearing aid options, finance options and free checkups and maintenance.
