I went in for just a simple process of mailing a package via FedEx. It was a bag of candy and a vehicle key. I was at counter by a worker to begin my request. The clerk became puzzled about the key and said it couldn't be done however she called upon another worker to verify this. He looked at the key and said no it could be ground or air shipped because of the small battery. He left and the worker continued looking at the key and then looked at me and said I think you're gonna have to take this somewhere else like UPS, which will do this for you. I was puzzled because he was willing to accept it as it was, as the key didn't have a battery in it. So there was some confusion on my part however, I took the key along with the other bag and left to head to UPS to get this done. I'm not sure if this was a new worker or a policies violation by shipping a key that possibly had a battery. It was frustrating for me to drive across town to this specific location and to get employees conflicting with one another. I do know, I will not be in the store again to purchase anything if I can help it. I am totally DISSATISFIED with the customer service and conflict between employees and this location.

A good franchise and just about anything you need for an office or home operation can be found. However, on this trip I could not find anything. Very frustrating. There was one young man and he knew where everything was. Very helpful. I found the one item, but had to ask him again, but he was with a customer and I had to wait. When he told me where the second item was located, I asked him why the signs did not reflect the correct location. He said that they had just finished a massive relocation and had yet to change the signage! I laughed. How funny and how busy that young man was all day until they got around to fix the signage. A good operation with good employees.

None of the service reps OR managers wearing masks. I mentioned NICELY that they should be wearing one to Operations Mgr and she replied "I'm fine". I said you are because am wearing one, but you should wear one to protect your customers. All she said was "I'm fine. You don't like it, you can go away." Yes! Attitude plus ignorance..that is how to behave in midst of pandemic to your customers!!!

Terrible service. 6 folks on the clock only one working. No manager in charge. People want to spend money but no one wants to serve them

I do not recommend getting anything printed from this store. Every time I have gotten something printed from here there is a challenge. I end up wasting at least 30mins to an hour of my time with either low quality products or nothing at all.

Mary was very nice. Store well organized and standard Office Depot. Convenient location. Went in, took care of my needs and cashed out timely.

Brooks works in the copy area and he is always so very nice. I bypass Staples just to come here because the customer service is much better and he has a pleasant demeanor.

Our store was broken into so we went to Office Depot to get new computers. The first interaction with store PC expert was arrogant, pushy and semi-informed tech guy who spouted off random things about NASA and AMD processors. One of the PC's had bad LED backlight in one corner. Went to the store to get a replacement and had question after question about how I had broken it and then I was asked if it had happened during the break in (you might remember that I was replacing PC's from the break in). They did not have the same one in stock so they were going to have to order a new one, but instead of just ordering the new one and letting us come back by and pick it up when it came in, they did a credit to the card. When I told them the owner had come to town yesterday with the corporate credit card and I couldn't get him back to pay again for the new one, it meant nothing to them. When I asked for the manager, he took 5 minutes to saunter up front casually talking to other employees, he just went in circles and said he could not help me and had no interest in his employees blaming me for their faulty product. I could have bought these PC's from anywhere, but I unfortunately bought them from some of the most arrogant, rude people I have ever encountered!

Very bored looking young kid at the register with no greeting, no pleasantries and no thank you for shopping with us. Lots of products you need and some good sales. Better trained employees needed.

I run a small business in the area and I shop this location for supplies frequently. I have never seen the store as busy as it was this past weekend (tax-free weekend). The staff are well trained and really stepped up their game during this busy time. I just can't understand why some customers are so rude to these hard working people. I've had to wait for assistance but when its my turn its' nothing but first class service. It's worth the wait.

The manager Brook was so unprofessional and extremely disrespectful towards me today. I am searching for the corporate number to call and report his behavior. I have never experienced such poor customer service from a manager. The associate who was extremely kind made and error and Brooks basically accused me of lying and after reviewing my receipt, he assisted with my refund and became somewhat professional. I would not advise anyone to use this Office Depot, ever
