When I came into the store, I needed to get my rotors turned, unfortunately, they were short handed, and it was going to be a couple hours Wait, but john went over and beyond to get my rotors, turned for me within thirty minutes. That's what i'm talking about for customer service

Called the store and was immediately put on hold, every 1:30 went by he would come back and say please hold and by 6:24 he hung up on me. Called back and was put on hold for another 5 minutes. Phone service here is absolutely garbage!!

ordered the same part 2 times in the same day, it was supposed to have been there by 1pm didn't come after driving from Great Falls SC reordered same part drove back the next morning and it wasn't there. After 2 trips and 40$ in fuel I just went to NAPA.
