I went in on Thursday and was informed that they were busy and I loved being told upfront, said I'll be back tomorrow! And considering it was Friday I was Serviced quite fast. Been coming here for years. Love the friendly customer service. And the prices are very reasonable.

I've been going to Rock Hill Precision Tune for as long as I've lived in South Carolina, about 15 years. The staff have been faithful, and I have always received consistent good service on the vehicles I have taken in to be serviced or repaired. My vehicles are so well cared for, they last with high mileage and still run wonderfully. I always recommend this business to my friends and acquaintances!

Called about possibly seeing if they can get my ball joint fixed said they don’t work on diesels, but that has nothing to do with the ball joint and then the dude hung up on me when I tried to ask him a question.

On July 9 th 2024 after making an appointment with Precision at 730 am on July 8th 2024 to bring my car in for a windshield wiper motor replacement & being told by the woman on the phone that they had already ordered my part , I waited over 4 1/2 hours ! Whilst making my appointment on the 8th 2024 of July , the woman told me it would take approximately an hour so , I planned for a 2 hour wait . Ultimately after patiently waiting the 4 & a half hours , I rose from my chair to ask about how much longer & the man walked away, came back & told me quote : THEY STILL NOT READY FOR YOU YET ,!!! Well needless to say , I told them I had to go ! I needed to go to work ! They may be good at the oil changes but nothing else ! I also believe they run a racist business!!!!! If you are black , PLEASE, PLEASE RUN FROM PRECISION AUTO ON CHERRY ROAD IN ROCK HILL SC ! Your treatment will definitely be less than deplorable! Unfair! Unprofessional! Unreasonable! And you most definitely will be LIED TO AND NEVER SEEN UNLESS YOU'RE IN LINE FOR AN OIL CHANGE ! WE WERE CHARGED MORE FOR OUR OIL CHANGE THAN USUAL !!!! STAY AWAY !! I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL FOR ANYTHING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
