I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks the young shaggy brown haired boy with the earring is the rudest employee I have ever met at a Starbucks. I mobile order everywhere that allows it. I normally wait until I can see the line because if it’s a huge wait I’m not submitting my order and having it be watered down by time I get it. I ordered and had a 10 min estimated wait and I waited in line 15 mins. So tell me why when I got to the box to order he said “oh wow you JUST ordered” I said um like 6-10 mins ago. I pull up to the window and get belittled before I could even say hi. I asked him to explain to me why he’s freaking out and he rolls his eyes and goes into a long rant about stickers. I just don’t understand why it matters how or when I order if I’m still waiting. If I ordered at the box it would take the same amount of time?Get him off the window or get him out of the store and back in customer service training

Please do not put tape on the lids for take out orders. You can barely peel them off and then you’re drinking paper. Use the correct covers to prevent spilling.

I never leave reviews but they need to do something about morning mobile orders. Why have them if you can get your coffee faster going through the line than ordering ahead? I come here regularly and it’s been an ongoing issue that I think they need to get resolved to have better customer experience. Not to mention when your order was suppose to be done and you have waiting 20 additional mins and you get attitude when you ask about the order.

Drink made incorrectly. Apparently out of the lemonade for the honey citrus mint tea but they didn't bother to inform me. The drink was obviously made with water instead of lemonade.

The guy was so upset my 7 year old wanted to change her drink .. very condescending.. I don’t understand what the issue was maybe wanna be home.. but he was about to be cursed out..

Went in and went to buy a cup that had a sticker tag on the bottom that says $7.48 they then rang it up then took the sticker off and said it's no longer that price it's 20. Then I went back to th3 place where cups were. Picked another where it said 50% off. She then told me there are NO SALES on anything anymore when they're are 14 signs in the store that say 50% off cups and more gifts.Probably should take signs down bc that's false advertising. I run a business myself.

We travel to South Carolina for vacations every year. While on vacation we usually stop at Starbucks for a coffee and we have been to this location Numerous occasions. Most times we come to this location the drinks are not right, and we have even had their managers tell us that we were the problem at one point. We haven't been back to this location in about a year and figured we would give them another try, and again the drink wasn't right and didn't taste good, although the worker who took our order through drive through was extremely polite. We ended up calling another Starbucks around the corner and explained the situation and asked if they could fix our drinks although we didn't buy from that store and they happily said yes and the drinks were perfect. I personally don't recommend this location, especially for the price of Starbucks.Parking: There is parking but not the biggest lot.

Went to pick up my drink order this evening and the kid at the window was one of the rudest employees I’ve ever met! He did nothing but complain and roll his eyes. I find it absolutely unacceptable and Starbucks should be ashamed for hiring someone with this level of unprofessionalism! I stop by this location in a daily basis and normally the employees are very professional and friendly, but this was not my experience this time and will be going to another location now!

I go here all the time rather than the other Starbs that are closer to my house bc this is the only one that does it right every time. Also whoever made my iced shaken espresso today (think it was a tall white guy with long brown hair, was wearing a red flannel) deserves everything good in the world because it’s the best coffee I’ve ever had so I hope he has a great day lol

This is an extremely busy location most mornings, but worst the wait! The whole staff does an amazing job handling the crowd of customers and providing great service!
