This store is very unprofessional. I arrived 10 minutes before they opened. I waited outside at 10:06 they still haven't opened the doors so I knocked, she finally came to the door after 3 separate knocks, and informed they can't open until the 3rdbperson gets there. He finally strolled up with two Duncan donuts iced coffee and said he wasn't the opening person. But nevertheless would not let me in and locked the door. I will never go to this store again. My new store is now the one in or near Newport across from the Walmart. All associates were super friendly.

I did research on phone companies that I was interested in buying a new phone and starting a new service through and everything pointed towards T-Mobile. I don't get off work until later most days so I can't come in earlier. I stopped by at 7:00pm because the store hours are till 8:00pm as posted on their door with a full calendar. The door was locked so I proceeded to call the phone number listed online. Someone picked up almost immediately and asked how they could help and I asked if they were open and they then said they closed at 6:00pm and couldnt give a reason, it was just because. I wouldn't be leaving this review but the fact that they answered the phone, and asked if they could help me, when obviously they couldn't because they were randomly closed. Almost as if they were just sitting in the back not wanting to do anything. So I drove 30 minutes for no reason to a store that was supposed to be open. Needless to say I probably will not be going with T-Mobile or will not be giving this store my business!

Went in today to update our phones and Neece (think that’s how it’s spelled) knocked it outta the park. Excellent service GREAT customer service and just all around fun to be around. She made the experience worth it and answered all our questions and dealt with our kids being kids with a smile. Amazing Employee!!

Cannot seem to get a call from manager due to a misquotation of my cell phone bill charge. They seem to want to make it right; but, action speaks louder than words. A determination has been made, an employee made a mistake when she signed us up, it should not make it our burden. Our patience wears thin, it's been over a month. Take heed when making a decision to go with T-Mobile, you may regret your decision.

I must say that Jordan is the best customer service rep I’ve worked with at this location. Some details of our purchase were not explained thoroughly by even the pregnant manager but I had a signed note from her that I would NOT be charged for something that I ended up being charged for. Another rep named Neece tried to explain I WOULD have to pay the extra even though I had the note from the manager that I wouldn’t. Jordan stepped in and took care of it as he was the first person we had originally dealt with and wanted to continue with only he wasn’t in yet when we went back. He is so kind, patient and helpful !! I just want someone to know he has gone above and beyond to help us. Thanks Jordan !! Brenda and Vinnie

On 2-26-2023 at 7:00pm I entered the T-Mobile store at 1910 Cinema Drive in Rock Hill, SC to pay my phone bill. At this particular time, their was only two customers in the building, making me the third customer to be in line for service. The two customers ahead of me were being helped by, one of the two service reps. Of the two service representatives, only the female rep. Seems to be more concerned with playing with the customers adorable baby and basically ignored me when I entered the stor! Seeing this, I approached her, since she wasn't doing anything. I motioned for her to assistant me and this told me to waite!!! Pi**** me off!! I told her that I don't appreciate the disrespectful service, at which time the other employee rushed over to defuse the situation. The fact that this clown wanted me to waite on her time table and then get indigent when I question her about it is a new level of ignorance. I reached out to T-Mobil customer service but 30mins was too long to waite. I will try again! I asked for the names of both employees, but the guy gave me the false name of his coworker and refused to give me his nore the name of the store manager! AT THIS POINT I WOULD FIRE BOTH EMPLOYEES! I hope the store manager will take care of this and install a more professional team.

Too much playing and non work related antics. No appreciation for customers-they don't take your concerns seriously. They give ridiculous answers to problems and act like middle schoolers. I try to drive all the way to Indian Land or the store on Garners Ferry in Columbia for help. Looking for another service.

We had to get my wife an "emergency" replacement phone. Thomas was very helpful. Even though the store was busy, he juggled customer demands and made sure my wife was comfortable with her new device. A week later my phone died. Thomas took just as good of care with my equipment upgrade and let me know about some special discounts that I chose to take advantage of.

Previously unimpressed because the app wouldn't allow autopay and no one at customer service or in the store could seem to figure it out. Went in ready for another "can't help you" but Brandon took the time to help and gave me the account number and phone number to me! BRANDON, YOU ARE MY HERO!
