I have always been treated professionally, even when the store was very busy but, today was a different experience. The employee I was initially doing business with was very helpful and accommodating. I had to leave the store to get some technical assistance via t-moblie and when I returned I had to deal with Oreo, who asked me a question about my device. When I answered him he started questioning why I was telling him about it and became very belligerent. The original employee I had dealt with finished helping me. Other than this interaction, with a very rude unprofessional employee, I have had a good experience at this store. It appears Oreo needs additional training or a different job where he doesn't deal with the public.

Waited almost 3 hrs just to order 2 phones only to have to idiot behind the counter to lose my offer and still waiting for nothing do not recommend I would travel 30 mins away to avoid this location

I came in on 9/22 and they were super busy. I came to switch from another carrier and I thought for sure it was going to be a huge hassle. Let me just say the girls did their thing. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. Amber helped me switch from my old provider, US Cellular, and got my phone set up. The customer service at the store is something you don’t get anymore. The store is great!!

Not a T-Mobile customer but had to stop in for a fraud issue. Amber the store manager went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out! If I were to switch it would definitely be with Amber!

T-mobile store on Cherry Road has terrible customer service. I thought the person on the phone had hung up on me. When I called back and asked if she hung up she said no I put the phone down so you could rant. She was terrible and wouldn't help me. Went through the other store on Cinema Drive who went above and beyond. I called first and they said yes we can help you come on over. Left a very happy customer! Too bad no all stores are equal.

They overcharged me multiple times when I was getting my home internet. I went in the next day and the manager said I was not even supposed to be charged the first installation fee because I already have an account. I asked the girl about it the day prior and she said I was not eligible for it. The girl working there did not know what she was doing and had me there for at least 4 hours. She would say one thing and I would get home and the person on the phone would say she was incorrect. I would go back in store and she would act like she never told me what she said.I received my monthly bill today and I was overcharged. I called the T-Mobile customer service and they said someone at T-Mobile added a phone line to my internet that I did not sign up for. He said it was on my account but he couldn’t t find it on my receipt and that the phone had no usage so he gave me my money back. I never even asked about adding a line nor was this discussed!!!!!They will overcharge you and not give you the promotions you are eligible for. I have had to call and get several refunds over my internet service.Avoid this T-Mobile locations they will stress you out!

I have to write a review about my experience at T-Mobile in Rock Hill, SC. I originally went to T-Mobile to add a line to my account for an Ipad. The mess that came after walking in the door was unbelievable. The customer rep that waited on me was really confused, He didn't know what to do to get this line established, He fumbled with the Ipad for over 30 minutes, then said it was good to go! Then the worst manager in the store jumped in and told me that it was my lucky day! Her name was Alisa, a name I will not soon forget. Alisha said that T-Mobile was running a special promotion and I could get a Sync-up Drive for free!! I told Alicia that I had no need for this device and didn't want it. She kept pushing the promotion and said it's free, don't pass this up. I told her no once again and she continued to explain that it would cost me nothing. She said absolutely free, with no upfront cost, and no monthly payment-$0.00. I finally agreed to the drive and they wrote it up. I left the store and went home to begin using my Ipad, it didn't work, it could not send a Facetime call nor receive one, it was now a good doorstop! I was agitated because I spent over 1 1/2 hours in the store to get through all of this. I then looked at my bill online to check that I had added a new line. The line was added but it was worthless with the Ipad. I then check my account and saw a monthly charge for the Syncup device that I didn't want and was guaranteed was at no cost to me per Alicia. I called T-Mobile and they said I had to return the drive to the same store I received it from. I go back down to T-Mobile in Rock Hill, SC, asked for a refund, and return the sync-up drive. The customer rep said they could not take it back because they needed the manager's approval and the manager was not there. They told me to come back again when the manager was at the store, Im, not a happy camper to say the least, I left the store and then called the next day to make sure the manager would be there, and they said she would. I asked for the manager when I once again went back to the store. The rep said she was very busy in the back room but they would let her know. I waited over 20 minutes as I heard all kinds of laughter coming from the back room, finally, Alicia came out. I said, you lied to me about this free drive that I didn't want in the first place, return the drive and take it off my bill. She then told me that I was the one requesting the sync-up drive, not her! I was very angry that she absolutely lied to my face! She then said that she would be charging me a $20.00 restocking fee! I couldn't believe it and we argued some more. I finally paid the restocking fee just to be done with this whole mess, she thanked me for coming to T-Mobile and to have a nice day. 2 weeks later we are still working with T-Mobile customer service to get this Ipad set up correctly. To say I would never go back to this store is an understatement. She lied straight to my face several times and then charged me a re-stocking fee. They don't even deserve ONE STAR new girl was unprofessional very unprofessional!! It's a certain way to speak to customers..very disrespectful! If it's your first day you should want to make a good impression.too involved in personal business of customers. I wouldn't recommend getting help from her at all. Just ghetto!!! Ugh eww

This store is terrible. We called and they assured us that they had the phone in stock. When we arrived they started to tell us that we needed a case and charger. We declined and then they said that they were all sold out. Terrible employees and will never go back hereThe store owner contacted me, as you can see in the comments and i wrote her back and there has been no response.

They tried to force me to buy a case in order to get the phone I wanted. Once I expressed no interest in getting the case, they said I couldn’t buy the phone. I do not recommend this location. Go to the one off of Dave Lyle. Also, I called customer service and they told me that they were in the wrong and I had them speak to the store manager, but she still refused to sell me the phone.

Yusef and Neece both helped me. They were extremely efficient and made sure I understood everything. Everyone at this location are so friendly and eager to help.
