Their worker literally followed me around the entire time and wouldn't let me pick my own products. I felt extremely uncomfortable and got questioned about every product I looked at. I wish I could leave zero stars

I was recently in the story to pick up a kerosene heater. I was met by a store employee by the name of JC. He was a huge help and very polite. I grew up going to tractor supply stores with my father. This experience for me brought back tons of memories and I think it was because everyone was so polite and inviting. Thank you again JC for all your help!!

I went here to buy a new winter coats. I've shopped here before and I always find what I need here usually coats and boots. Good prices for these two I think 120 it was try buying these anywhere else for that

Can I give less than one star, please?????? See how many 5-star reviews I give? I am not one to give a one-star unless the business is absolutely terrible. Well, I found a business with the worst customer experience I have encountered in a long while. I specifically went into this tractor supply shop to exchange a large bag of dog food I bought that the dog would not eat. It was the same brand that I use but a different kind that the store talked me into because they were out of the usual kind I get for a relative's dog that I occasionally keep. I bought the bag from a different Tractor supply shop but called around to see who had the kind I needed and they stated that this Rock-Hill store was the one. When I first walked in, the employees looked at me as if I was crazy or doing something wrong. I alerted them that I was returning the bag of food which is within their policy. Not only were the employees rude, but they made a big scene about the return, calling various employees over and then the Manager who questioned me as if I had stolen the bag of food. Mind you, I had the receipt. I was very embarrassed as they made such a big to-do about the return. I was so upset that I called corporate to speak of my encounter. I asked the woman to please swap out the bag for the new one, and instead, she returned it back to my card (purposely) which then takes 5-7 days to go back into my account and I had to purchase a new $60 + bag of food. My usual Tractor Supply store is amazing. What rock are these employees under? I see why you have gotten such a low rating. Run....... go elsewhere if you need pet supplies or yard supplies. Rock Hill seems a little biased......and I will leave it there!!!!!!!! The employees who were NOT pleasant were - Karen, the Manager, Stephanie at the register and Angela and Heather. What a team that is....UGH!

I was minutes away from walking in to the walk in clinic to get my 6 month old MALE pup his shots. I only own 2 male dogs. The man that picked up the phone then asked me if my dog was pregnant with a attitude, to which i responded no. He then says well you just called from this number about your pregnant dog i said no my dog is male. He says again with a attitude well someone just called from this number about a pregnant dog i tell him no not possible he says yea they did its this number, mind you i have a very distinctive out of state number and theres no way anyone called but me about my pup cause i dont know anyone here so no one can use this cell phone lol i wont be going here this place is rude upon someone telling you its impossible and i have males you should have checked your records before you tried to accuse me of trying to get shots for a pregnant dog clearly you didnt like this other person that called cause you were not happy lol.

I was given a Christmas Present that was purchased from this location from my wife ! After receiving I realized it was smaller than than the one we currently have ! We went to return a few days after Christmas! The rude manager informed us that because my wife had purchased in early November that they wouldn’t refund our money or exchange for store credit even with a receipt!!! The manager needs to work on her customer service skills and put herself in the customers shoes!

Website shows product in stock in store, traveled to store and product was not in stock. Associate said it might have just arrived on truck, but didn't have time to look for it - there were 4+ associates in store and no customer besides myself.

Going to have to find a new place to get chicken food if the Rock Hill store keeps cancelling orders due to no stock even when the app shows stock. The producers pride brand sucks. My Hens have all but stopped laying. bring back the Dumor. Until then Ill find a new place. I am tired of the unreliability over the last few weeks.
