My son's medicine was sent overnight to me and UPS refused to deliver my address or attempt to deliver and now my son is in a psychosis and they have sent his medicine back to sender. I will be suing because this had emotional, mental and health damage to a minor.

Hours are not correct and are furthermore inconsistent. It makes one wonder why this place is even listed as a customer center, frankly. It’s nothing but a headache and it ought to be demolished so something of use can go there instead.

Hours are not correct, nobody answers a phone. Drove 30 miles only to find the door locked. But saw an employee and they took my labeled boxes for me!! Great service!!!

My package has been with them for 13 days! Says on the way and handed to Post office but thsts a lie! Po never received pkg and can only get an automated person! Horrible! So I guess they are allowed to just steal pkgs because that's what this is

Hours not posted correctly. M-F is 2:30-6:30pm2 months ago another customer posted this. They commented.. and still didnt update anything.

Hours on the website are not the operating hours listed on the store. States 2:30-6:15pm on the door. No direct number to confirm actual operating hours.

I don't believe that they actually deliver to my house. I always have to pick up here.

Had to reroute a package due to delivery issue. Easily was able to arrange pick up at the facility. It is nice they have hours until 6:15 PM for those that can't go there during work hours for packages. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant and made it a quick transaction. The parking is a little tight but workable, would recommend this facility.

Delivered a package of materials I urgently needed for a job in two days. Package was 6.3 lbs. Package was visibly cut open, and empty. I handed it right back to the driver. Called UPS. Could not connect me with a person, but told me to submit a claim. Tried to submit a claim. Can't submit a claim because the delivery was too recent. Cost me thousands in lost revenue. There may have been a solution, but it seems the business is intentionally built not to allow customers to contact support for any meaningful assistance.

I want to give a shout out to an awesome driver- Purdie. I had 2 packages that required signatures. My son did not immediately answer the door, so she called me. She waited for my son to come to the door and made sure it was delivered. She didn't have to do that. She could have left a notice on my door. I am very grateful for her wonderful service. She went above and beyond today. Thank You!
