I will never go to a Valvoline again. I went there to get an oil change and they asked if I wanted new windshield wipers. The price for them was reasonable so I decided to get them. While they were replacing the windshield wipers, the person replacing them dropped the wiper holder on my windshield too hard and cracked my windshield. I called the customer service phone number, told them what happened, and they said to expect a phone call within two business days. Two weeks after this first happened, there was still no phone call so I called them again. They lied to me and said that they tried to reach out to me five days earlier; however, I had no missed calls and no voicemails from anyone on that date they claimed they tried to contact me. After four more phone calls to customer service spanning the next five days, finally, the area manager contacts me. He states that yes, the store did indeed crack my windshield and that they need an estimate on the repairs. I get an estimate and send it over but do not get any more information in return. A week later, I contact him asking what else is needed but now he is claiming that he needs an invoice in order to pay for it. I do not feel comfortable paying $500 out of pocket for damages that they caused when my experience with them has been absolute zero communication from their part. It has now been over a month since this first happened and the crack has now expanded across half my windshield. This is absolutely embarrassing for a customer service department of a company and would recommend people to stay away if this is how they treat their customers.

I would give less. I had great services at other locations but not here. 4 miles after leaving here my car stopped and wouldn't start. I was told there was too much oil. My gold tire stem covers were replaced with regular black ones without my consent or knowledge. Dissatisfied. Never going back.

Pulled up to get my fluids checked and the assistant manager noah rudely asked me what I needed, when I expressed I wanted my coolant and windshield wiper fluid refilled and topped he he told me to do it myself and with tone and body language told me to go away.

My wife went for a simple oil change and they sold her stuff she didn’t need like cabin air filter and engine air filters I know she didn’t need them because I have checked them recently because of my automotive work experience. They took advantage of someone who didn’t know any better and I will not be back

So kind, helpful, efficient and reasonably priced. I always trust them with my car. Always takes them 20 mins or less to do my oil change and is the cheapest in town (they also include other services for free). I went to pep boys once and they took 2 hours and charged me $115 for JUST an oil change.

My visit was very empowering....the women there were quick, friendly, and very informative....the gentlemen that was there also was very helpful.. I'm recommending Valvoline Oil change to all my friends! The team in Rock Hill were superb!

$45 for an oil change with my own oil and filter is ludicrous. This would have been my first time at this location that I considered for my fleet vehicles. No thank. Take 5 and Costa are 35 and 25 respectively and they’re just down the road.

Leslie made my experience much more enjoyable than it has been at other locations.She had a big smile on her face the whole time from the second I pulled up to the second I left! She was rockin the top level all by herself like a boss! Thank you Leslie!! And thank you to the guy who was on the bottom level by himself! (Didn’t get his name)

Today Bay 1 had the computer down. Moved from 2 to 1. Bay 1 had the mustang caught in the bay. Going on almost 45 min waiting and they had the car after me go in before me. I can't leave because the cars are in line behind me. Im expecting to be compt for this foolery, at least some discount for the inconvenience.

Justin was my top floor servicer. He was well-informed and professional. Something I consistently love about Valvoline is they are honest about my need to replace (or not replace) items in my car, such as my windshield wipers or my air filters. They value transparency over making a sale, which makes me more likely to give my business to them when it actually comes time to replace those things. Excellent experience at this new location.
