I dropped my older Google Pixel 7 one times too many, and it would not turn on, display anything on the screen, or be recognized by my computer.I was afraid I lost everything on my phone: notes, pictures of my girlfriend and I, etc.Thankfully, I was lucky enough to get connected with Nathan Fitzgerald at the Cherry Rd Verizon store. Not only did he know exactly what happened with my phone, he reassured me the whole time that everything can be recovered, and he was the friendliest, funniest, most charismatic customer rep I've ever talked to in my 28 years. Not only was he incredibly personable while helping me, he helped out his coworkers and others that came/called in a very dignified and organized manner.Not only did he recover everything on my new Pixel 8, but the exact layout of my phone from how I grouped all of my apps together was recovered. All of that at practically no extra charge other than the negligible activation fees. But, a $30-ish fee is far better than spending $500+ on a new phone.Thank you, Nathan, for being an incredibly huge help!

Regis is absolutely amazing!!!!! If you are looking for customer service, then you needn't look any further than Regis. On a Friday night, he came to mine and my husband's home to help us with our internet. And this was on his day off!!!!! You can't put a price on that type of customer service. I highly recommend Verizon over AT&T any day of the week!!!

Update 12/14/2023: I just wanted to follow up on Regis Fewell and his great sense of personal accountability. When i signed up for my account, Regis said the first bill or two may look very inflated because promotions will not kick in until following billing cycles. I told him as long as all three bills average to what I would be paying for the long term, all is good. Well, after my 3rd bill, the average was way over that number. I texted Regis and he was very, very responsive and always following up to make sure my questions were addressed. Even when I forgot to follow up with him, he would follow up. Great sense of personal responsibility and accountability!Great stellar customer service! My family and I had just moved back to the USA after a long stint overseas and had to get brand new cell phone plans. Our store rep, Regis Fewell, was incredibly patient, laid back, informative, and detailed. As a detailed oriented person myself, I was concerned that the cell phone plan I signed up for would exceed my budget as it contained four new lines as well as four new phones. But Regis patiently went through the numbers with me and gave me a great sense of security that we would be ok. He was very upfront that the first month would show a grossly inflated amount (because promotions take some time to take effect), the 2nd month would likely be insanely low (because all the promotions would kick in), and then the 3rd billing cycle would show the amount from here on out which would not exceed my budget.Because I had also been overseas for so long, there were various issues with my "identity" which took a lot of time for Verizon to clear and Regis patiently and relentlessly dotted all the "i"s and crossed all the "t"s.After four hours of back and forth and talking through the numbers, the contracts, the plan and the credit check issues, etc, we walked out with a great deal. But it didn't end there.Regis provided his personal number to contact him any time we had any issues. Sure, maybe it's a fake number or he just wouldn't reply if I contacted him. No! Every time I texted or called him, he replied almost immediately or until he had time away from work to reply. Many times off the clock and sometimes he called directly. I even asked him for a restaurant recommendation and he responded as soon as he could. Like I said, stellar customer service, attention and responsiveness! I went to another Verizon store nearby and it seemed like the salesperson really couldn't wait to be on to the next person or just get off work (ie: talked extremely fast, spouted numbers so fast I couldn't pick up on them, no eye contact, and just looked like their mind was somewhere else).Regis Fewell is really something else. Keep up the good customer service, Regis!PS: Austin, whom I think was there with Regis during that time, also seemed like a really great guy! I saw him interacting with at least 3-4 other customers during our 4 hour stint and he was also super patient and very cheerful, like he wanted to be there. Plus, he was a Steelers fan so that's a bonus!

I received outstanding customer service from Regis Fewell. He help me to get my phone working properly and went the extra mile to get my phone connected to my car so that my maps would pull up. I really appreciate it his patience with me.

I was just in your business on Cherry road and I talked with Nathan Fitzgerald and he took care of my problem, just immediately I was so impressed by him and he was so business like. I I'm glad that you have employees like him is extremely nice when you have employees like him who are willing to help out people who don't know as much.

I worked with Regis, he was very helpful and knows what he is doing. He set up a new phone for one of our employees with no problems. The visit did take longer than I had anitcipated but for good reasons, he helped me set up a google account for my staff and the phone was ready to use before I left the store. Thank you Regis, look forward to working with you in the future.

I hate having to replace a phone but Nate made it so easy! He was helpful and quick. He also didn't push anything I didn't want. He made sure everything was set up and I was back to work on less than an hour.

Dave was absolutely Awesome!! He helped me with a transfer of my phone service and with a new phone. He was very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of the transfer and his customer service was top tier!! Go see Dave at the Cherry Rd. location!!

Great customer service! Regis was very helpful. He was able to figure out was causing my phones issues, offer suggestions, and even show me how to change different settings on my phone. He took his time, fixed the problem, and showed me how to prevent the problem in the future!
