There's a very large number of clothes for the entire family. Many of them are recognizable name brands. They offer deep discounts and their prices seem very reasonable. This is a good place to shop or to just use some time up.”

This location is very neatly organized. Has a ton of options; wether you're looking for clothes, shoes, house decor, pet items, baby/kid toys or clothes. The employees all seemed happy in their work, the cashier I got was super sweet & engaging to my 3 children one of which was bored from from looking at clothes & playing 21 questions with her but she answered all & did her job with a smile on her face!”
“i’ve been coming to this store for around 10 years with no issues, it’s a great store, but the last few times i’ve gone they’ve only played country music or pop music. i have nothing against these genres but it’s just really unusual and off-putting for a hot topic”

“WOW!!!! I have never seen such variety and quantity of uniforms and gear. An incredible selection of boots, tactical pants, and other outerwear. Good prices also. Roughly the same as prices you would find on Amazon. Friendly staff and clean facilities. The only recommendation I have is a store sign that is more visible to the normal passerby. I had a hard time finding the exact location because there wasn't a clear sign. Otherwise a great place to find tactical apparel for many applications. Thank you Harrisons Public Safety for the great experience!!!”

“I used to shop at Brown Roof all the time when I lived in Cedar Springs. Since I’ve moved this is my first time visiting the store since the name was changed to Classy’s Upscale Retail Thrift Store. Not much has changed except the name. I like the clothes section when trying to stretch my wardrobe but prices are a little high for some things. People want to be able to pay thrift store prices, not consignment store prices for mostly donated items. You’d get more customers in the door then.”
