Johnny is the absolute best, extremely knowledgeable and friendly and explained things as he did them. Gave a very honest opinion on products and how to get the best bang for your buck. Will absolutely use John's TV again if anything ever happens. Rare to find this level of service.

They took a look at my microwave and diagnosed it quickly. When they realized I had driven a long way to get there, they went ahead and fixed it so I could take it hone and not make a return trip.
