“Alot different than it used to be.You are no longer greeted when you walk in the door. I went in today and stood there for 10 minutes, 2 females in and office on and off the phone, didn't look ati me, didn't acknowledge me, and I stood almost in their doorway. Finally someone walked out of the back seemingly going to anther part of the building, and ask if I had been helped.”
