“My only complaint is the lack of electricity within their bundling. I was told it would be a couple months, and 3 months later still nothing. Easy access, and ease of renting made my experience very good.”

If I didn't had to move my items because of a permanent place I would still be there. The fees are reasonable also. “I’ve rented from here twice. The first time was excellent.
The second time, recently, had some minor issues. I specifically wanted conditioned storage. The initial unit I was assigned to was in a part of the building that had a broken HVAC unit. I had to call several people to finally get transferred to a conditioned unit, and I had to pay extra.
I then needed to get a second unit to temporarily store things for a month. At first, it was fine. When I went back two weeks later, the whole wing of the second unit had a very powerful cigarette smoke odor. I went back three days later and the odor was still there.
Bottom line, check the units before you commit to one.”
