Need to get some people working here that actually want to work here I'm getting tired of always coming here and it being closed it has the times on here but they're always closed 5 or 10 minutes before the time or if they go to lunch at 1 and I get here at 12:40 they'll be closed already I kind of said it's a government building and as a disabled person I can only get a ride here at certain time and that's kind of ridiculous

The postal service has really gone downhill and you can see all of it's flaws at Roebuck. It is slow, ineffective, has terrible hours open, and picking stuff up is a nightmare because of how it is closed on sunday's

Friendly, helpful service. I just wish they had longer hours and was full service. I went on vacation and had my mail stopped while I was gone. When I came back to pick up my mail they told me they have no carriers there and I had to go downtown Spartanburg to get my mail.

Never open ... hours are such that you can't get there to conduct business. Received a parcel notice and requested it be delivered again on Wednesday (two days) and it never showed up and now I can't get there to pick it up. I'm thinking it our meds and I have no idea when I'll be able to get it. Very VERY disappointed in the service. Or lack of.

Everytime I have been here they have great customer service. The hours are not right. They close around 4:00pm.
