“Even when I need hard to find parts, I ask anyway that often works. But I always at least, get Good advice. I been buying car parts from them for more than 40 yrs. I always start here and will continue to start here. Hey, maybe I'm the only person that goes where I can to save $$$ as a matter of fact, last time they were able to deliver my part that worked in my 2008 Saab 9 3 OMG saving at least $100 and that Day not to mention I was freaking Impressed! “We had a driver of ours pulling a 22' boat from Florida going up to Canada. The axle snapped on the trailer leaving it immobile just off I-26. I called Roger at Four Holes and he said he would look at it and decide what to do from there. Just under 24 hours later, it had a new axle and a new support piece welded in that they noticed was compromised. The price was very reasonable for the work completed in that short of a time frame! Our driver was relieved and mentioned how professional the team was. Definitely 100% recommend this place if you need a trailer repaired quick! Kudos to Roger and the team!!”

“They are a licensed Repair Pal shop. The staff was courteous. When I called for an update on repairs for my truck they promptly explained that they ordered the part but it would take a few days to arrive. They called me when the part came in, I brought my truck back and they did the repairs with no hassle.”

“I’ve never had a better experience with any car place! I broke down 15 minutes from Pooser’s as I was driving to Alabama. I spoke to the owner and he had his tow truck picking us up within 20 minutes of calling them! We had kind of a tedious problem, but they worked to figure out a solution that prevented us from having to get the car towed 45 minutes to a dealership. They worked so promptly and efficiently. They truly care about getting the customer the best quality help. I was so impressed and would recommend Pooser’s to anyone. Every staff member we spoke to was so kind and helpful. If I lived near here, I would never take my car anywhere else!”

“If you need alignment or anything, go here. They truly do a real job, and care about what they do. Drove my car to see what it was doing, done the work, drove it again to make sure it was fixed. You don't get that many places. Not saying any names but I took it somewhere else before and they put it straight on the rack, no test drive, not anything, and talked me out of getting it done. Glad I went on to Odom's.”

“This auto repair shop saved our day, my alternator broke in the middle of the trip going home from Tampa to Charlotte and we have a 5 months old baby, it’s gonna be hard for us to stay overnight. The owner decided to fix our car even though they’re about to close, and so I thought it will cost me a lot of money because of the situation, the pricing is quite reasonable, the labor cost me around 200 and the alternator is around 300, I really appreciate the help, no hidden and extra charges. This gentleman are for real, they fix the car without asking for extra.”

He got us in and out in ten min so we could get back to our road trip! We are very happy with our service here and recommend them to anyone with tire problems! ❤️”

“My car malfunctioned Saturday morning. I was coming from Charleston, SC to Hickory, NC due to my sister being unexpectedly placed in hospice. I was 2 hours into my 4 hour trip and pulled into Firestone an emotional wreck due to my sisters condition and having small children with me. Anita and another mechanic assisted me with so much grace and provided great service. They gave popsicles to the children and had my service completed in 2 hours. I was appreciative of that alone, but then I received a call a few hours later from Anita. She called to ensure I had arrived to my destination and said she was going to pray for my family. I couldn’t ask for better service.”

“A family owned business. They seemed fair, reasonable and honest. Prices were reasonable and timely with repairs. They literally saved my life. Because another person messed up prior to them probably repairing my vehicle. I'm only going to them from now on. Unless they're unavailable then I'm skeptical about the next mechanic.”

“Thank you, Don for fixing my car, I went to four different auto mechanics and they couldn’t figure out exactly what was going on. my car kept shutting down every 30 minutes, but now my car is moving and working now and also it blows cold AC. The prices was high but I appreciate you guys being nice and honest with me. And also with my frustration because it started to happen again, but you fixed it free of charge. I recommend anybody to come here. They will help you for sure.”

“Kelvin was incredibly reassuring that we would be taken care of when my wife was freaking out about our blown tire. They're also leagues more reasonably priced than others in the area, charging $430 for two trailer tires and service. They're a blessing to us in an already difficult time.”
