“Fantastic service. Take your car here. I broke down on the I-95 / I-26 junction - traveling from NC to FL. Total nightmare. They had their preferred towing company pick me up within 30 minutes. They troubleshot an electrical issue that another dealership had misdiagnosed the day before, replaced the part, and got me back on the road within 2-3 hours. All for a few hundred bucks. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.”

“Was traveling on 95. Check tire light was on—it has been coming on when it’s cold. Walked in and just announced I was traveling Check tire light was on. They were busy but within minutes took my car to the lift. At first they thought it was a nail. Upon further inspection, it wasn’t. Filled tires with air and sent me on my way with NO CHARGE!!!!! And they were so nice! I was wearing a UVA shirt (I was headed to the ACC Championship) and one of the men told me how much they like Tony Elliott. That made my day! As a single older woman traveling alone, they could have taken advantage of me and sold me a tire. But they didn’t. They deserve your business.”

We broke down on 95 pulling our camper had an exhausting afternoon walking to the nearest parts store that didn't have all the parts we needed so we rigged it to get to the campground. The next morning called this fine gentleman's store with no problem he had all the parts and delivered them to us at the campground. We are now sure we will make it back home safely! “We were on our way from FL to NC when our tire went flat on I-95 at 8:30PM on a Friday night, pouring rain - no tire or automotive shops were open. We found Willis Roadside on Google search, of the 5 or so companies we had called for help, Willis was the only one to call back.
