“My son moved to Beaufort and I convinced him to start CrossFit to help adjust to the move. He called me after the first day to tell me how great the people are and how much of a help the owner Korey was for him. This week I was in town with my youngest son so we dropped in for some workouts. Korey is an excellent coach and puts together some brutal workouts! We all enjoyed our time in the box together pushing through the WOD .I am excited that my son discovered this particular CrossFit location, as it has provided him with a supportive and encouraging environment to pursue his fitness goals.I am looking forward to our next drop in!”

Jason is such a supportive coach and really takes the time to get to know you and your fitness goals and is great at holding you accountable kindly. I have been out of practice since COVID with regard to weight lifting and exercise in general, and this whole gym really fosters a community of uplifting encouragement for everyone on their own fitness path. “Visiting from another state! Pool nice, nice lifeguards! Crazy rules about a baby float, not aloud!Lots of kids, be prepared! My grand daughters toy came up missing! Grrrr!Over all a good place, better than another pool that we visited! Had to make an account, even though just visiting!”

“Would it be possible/permissible to get the gym sauna’s temperature increased? I believe saunas can range from 120-175. As of today, 20230321, I can see the dial at 110 degrees Fahrenheit.”

“Honestly, it's a great gym, the amount of options with weights/equipment. The diversity in the classes offered from Martial Arts classes, as well as the gymnastics, aerial, ninja, HIIT and pole fitness. The instructors for the classes are very friendly, and so are the people in the gym. A wide variety of products available for post workout, cold drinks etc! And the prices are very fair.”

“Green, shady and quiet. Lovely park within a lovely residential neighborhood. Has amply supplied doggie clean-up stations and water fountains. Separate areas for small dogs. The only downside is that there weren't very many other dogs there. Maybe the word hasn't gotten out yet.”

“Omni is absolutely my new home gym away from home. This is the coolest most complete little gym. It's old school equipment but it is in pristine condition and I enjoyed using the machines more here than my home gym! The staff were beyond friendly and accommodating.I was visiting Beaufort while my wife attended a conference - so I walked a short (but beautiful) 2 mile walk from the hotel to the gym and back everyday. It was great -the leg day walk back was a little rough... But that's on me..I cannot recommend Omni enough! It would 100% be my gym if I lived anywhere close and it will be my training spot anytime I'm visiting Beaufort - or even Beaufort County in general!”
