“I had an issue with my checks so I reached out to the 800 number and they were no help whatsoever. I left messages at my home branch in Columbia and they wouldn’t even call me back. So being in Orangeburg today I stopped by the St Matthews branch and I was extremely impressed! They made sure I got everything I needed. Rarely have I experienced this type of excellent customer service that I received today! Mr Thornton, Mrs Waring, and Mrs Wright went above and beyond to get the issue resolved immediately! This branch is about 10 miles outside of Orangeburg down Hwy 601 but If you want to bank with people who truly care about you this branch is well worth the drive! Thanks again guys!! ??”
