These people do no work anymore. They deliver when they feel like it. They don’t sort any mail. It’s all sorted in West Columbia and then comes back to this post Office, we can’t count on them anymore. It takes almost a week and a half for a bill to go 2 miles to the local establishment in St.matthews.

They are not on time make delivery drivers wait 2 hours each morning like the drivers don't have a schedule to keep so unprofessional.

Always lost mail and packages. Very slow. Need new staff with common sense.
