“This morning we had appointments to get our passports. When arriving, the lady on the counter said we may not be able to help this morning because “the coworker who does the passports passed away on Monday” Oh my gosh! But, other coworkers came up from to help out so the process could be completed. They in no way shape or form had to step up like they did, but the obvious friendship and teamwork at this branch was great! If other post offices would treat customers as this branch did, I don’t think the postal service would have so many issues. Remember, no one knows what someone may be going through, and they don’t know your situation either, but it doesn’t mean we can’t all treat each other with kindness and respect. Please be kind to your local postal worker, they a lot going on.”
