I have been to Le Nails 3 times now and love it. I walk in and almost immediately someone is taking great care of me. The pedi chairs are heavenly and there are a million colors to choose from. I highly recommend this salon for your nail care.

The first time I went there it was a very good experience, but this time it seemed like a different place. When I walked in, no one spoke me until I asked if someone was available to do my nails, at which point I was directed to a seat. When the tech came put, he was on a call that he stayed on for the majority of my visit. I asked a question only to be met with an eye roll, and when I requested a couple of my nails be filed differently because they looked crooked, he tossed my hand aside and had another tech take over and file them some. They ended up much shorter and extremely misshapen, and I'm pretty sure they're about the worst nails I've had in a very long time. Quite disappointing

I was in Santee for Memorial Day weekend and stopped here to get my toe nails painted. I was in there for less than 20 minutes! I missed the guy’s name that painted my nails but he was nice and quick! I would recommend this nail place!

They are he best!! They are welcoming & such a friendly atmosphere. I travel over 30 minutes to come here! Their nails last a long time! I can’t wait until my next visit!! They take their time & take care of you!

I just moved the area and excited to find a shop so close to my house... Second time at the shop was a horrible experience... my pedicure was rough rushed by the technician. He seemed nonchalant didn't seem to care about my experience. I asked for callus removal he didn't want to apply the solution until I asked twice w an attitude. I also wanted fill ins but quickly forgotten as new customers entered the shop. Nevertheless if you want to have a good pampering experience maybe try another nail shop. They charge a lot of money for their services so they should provide customers with what they are paying for....They need to improve their customer service and quality offering great services consistently not random quality of care. The technician made a comment he was tired as his quality decreased. DONT rush your customers for the next as it creates a negative experience and caused you to loose a regular customer.

They destroyed!!!!! My beautiful toes, when I took the acrylic off I was left with a dent.AND FUNGUS!!!!!! Never had fungus before,will not be coming back and do not recommend.
